Disgusted! My neighbor/friend offered to get me a sandwich from your disgusting store front. The order took FOREVER… I couldn’t wait to eat! The BLT was simple, how could they possibly screw this up? They sure did. The “fresh” bread was like trying to bite thru a rock. No wonder I’ve refused to ever eat here again. I took all the bread off, and yet the rest was basically inedible. Even if I was offered a free sandwich once a day for a year, I’d NEVER eat this crap they call food again.
Disgusting! I haven’t gone to this place for over a year because of its uncleanliness, lack of friendly service, and way under par sandwiches. This experience just backs up my decision to NEVER eat at this dump again. Over an hour to receive two sandwiches from a place less than 1 mile away? Then they package a toasted sandwich with a cold sandwich, so the bread becomes gross for both people. You shouldn’t even be in business.

I was having a crisis that needed food immediately we told the girl it was an emergency. She continued to put cheese on three trays of bread till I ran out of there to the restaurant next-door and got tacos instantly.

Went there today oct18th at about 7pm walk in stood there with my husband for 4 minutes the worker never said hi I’ll be right with you or nothing she ignored us the whole time while making her online orders we finally realized that she was by herself working and didn’t care about losing costumers so we left when next door to Leeann chin and had a wonderful dinner subway lost two costumers tonight because the worker was to busy working by herself that she couldn’t handle the walk ins even though you guys open until 9pm never go back there again.

The only thing these Subway stores have to do to be decent is to keep their prep tables closed so the vegetables stay fresh. This one keeps them open all veggies look rotten and stale.

I ordered a meatball sandwich and when I got home it was cold, not lukewarm but cold. The tub was sitting in the bottom of the reservoir with the lid. There was no water, or any other hot meat. I didn’t think much of it until I got home. I wonder how long it was sitting out without heat. I will not be returning.

Subways have a wide range of quality these days, but these guys nailed it. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the store was clean. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, the bread was baked perfectly, and I had the best oatmeal raisin cookie I’ve ever had at a Subway. Thanks for the great meal and experience!

I stopped in for a sandwich at lunch today. There was an older gentleman at the counter trying to order, noticeably confused about the options. The worker at the counter was so incredibly kind to him and took the time to talk him through the many options available and also made suggestions. Although this seems like a small thing and some people would just say ‘it’s their job’, the kindness and respect showed is not as common as it should be and i wanted to let the staff know that it was seen and appreciated.
