If I could give zero stars, I would.
I had a terrible experience with both the food and customer service at Secane Pizza. From the moment I called to place my order, one of the female staff members was rude and dismissive. I made a small mistake in my order and called back within a minute to increase it, not cancel it, yet she immediately told me it was “too late” because the food was already cooking. That made no sense. When I questioned it, she snapped, “Well, it’s a Friday night, and we’re very busy.” Then, without warning, she hung up on me mid-conversation.
When I arrived to pick up my food, the same woman was just as rude in person. Not only was the total higher than what I was quoted on the phone, but she was also impatient and dismissive when I asked about the price difference. Instead of offering any explanation or solution, she acted as if I was inconveniencing her.
Now, onto the food. I ordered a special that included two large pizzas and a soda for $27.95, but what I received was shockingly small. The so-called “large” pizza looked like an extra-small, I’ve had bigger single slices elsewhere. This was my second time ordering from here, and ironically, the slice I got on my first visit was bigger than the whole pizza I received this time. The pizzas were burnt, the chicken fingers were cold and unappetizing, and they were thrown into a box far too large, causing them to slide around everywhere. No sauce was included, and I had to ask for it. The bag wasn’t even sealed properly, just balled up and handed to me.
To top it all off, the food was completely inedible, so bad that my family refused to eat it. I spent $38 and some change on food that went straight into the trash. I want my money back!
I do not recommend this place to anyone. The poor customer service and misleading portion sizes make it a complete waste of money. If you’re thinking about eating here………DON’T!

Food is really good. You can eat inside. I like their mozzarella sticks, mac n cheese wedges and pizza. My girlfriend loves their mozzarella steak fries with bacon, she said they were made to perfection.

The pizza was delicious. I usually only go for a classic ny style pizza but the flavor is fantastic so ill take their pizza all day. If you like your pizza to have a little crisp to it, this is for you. I don’t understand why anyone complains about the size of the pizza because the size is clearly stated on the menu.

Unfortunately the pizza was the worst pizza I ever had in my life. I was curious & decided to try them. I knew once it came out the oven I looked at it. But I still had hope when I got home & tasted it. I threw it away. People were nice and friendly though.

This place is great .Plenty room to move around. Plenty parking . The place is clean neat and organized. Tables floors and counter tops all disinfected. Bathrooms clean as well.
The service was exceptional the staff was on point and courteous . The food was awesome nice and hot. No issues no hassle no worries smooth operations at this location. My experience was top tear here.

Food was horrible ordered mozzarella sticks and some of the breading was burnt and some was very soggy the French fries were wet and soggy mind you I only live 2 mins from this place !!!! Also was told over the phone my order was 30.10 when driver arrived he stated my order was 33 dollars and no receipt was attached smh

Anytime I’m in the reach, it’s a must go. They have the best pixza in PA! When they moved some 15+ years ago, they were smart; they brought their old ovens with the move. These ovens and their technique make the pizza delicious. Everything is well seasoned. My wife and I even went after a wedding. The small pizzas taste the best, we get multiple smalls instead of ordering larges. Not the best atmosphere, but once you have their pizza, it doesn’t even matter.

They sell small portions of whatever you order and charge you for a large. If you think I’m lying order their large pizza and you’ll see its a small pizza everywhere else! The cook thats there during the day has a very unpleasant attitude towards paying customers.
