I’ll be honest. I went here years ago to experience something new. And I was very disappointed by the lack of friendly customer service then. The young man who served me was not very friendly at all, and screwed up my order, them proceeded to give me snark when I tried to help correct it. But recently, I met an employee and told them about the experience I’d had. They asked politely if I’d be willing to give it another try, so I did. And boy, was it a major difference this time around. The work staff was friendly, attentive, and very patient with me, even though I kept my order very basic. And considering how heavily populated it was in there, this was very refreshing. My food came out in mere minutes and it looked good and tasted phenomenal. Overall, the experience was excellent. I will be back again, no doubt. Congrats, J.J’s. You’ve earned back a customer.

I’ve never had issues here but tonight is Straight garbage. Ordered extra ham and cheese. Got less than I normally would have just ordering it regular. Bread is hard as a rock. Not even edible. Extremely disgusting and disappointing

Front door not open, one car only in front of us at window and I have to wait 5 minutes to place an order (all no big deal until now!) 2 sandwiches ordered and we get home and both are incorrect! Tabitha at the drive thru was super rude and it showed how much she hates her job! I asked for a slim 4 and asked to add lettuce, and her response was “I cannot do that.” You literally have all the power to do anything for a customer for their sandwich and this is what you say to one?!!! I mentioned that I will pay for the lettuce and her response again was “I cannot add anything to that!” But she suggested that I order a regular 4 and I have to explain that it is for my little kids and all they want is Turkey, lettuce, and bread! I literally told her that they don’t want cheese, tomatoes and mayo so it doesn’t make sense to do that! We get home and my beach club is missing all the turkey meat (not the only reviewer that has posted this) and my kids sandwich has everything including being charged a $1.00 for extra cheese when I clearly told her they don’t want all that! You have the power to f-up one’s order so bad, have a five gallon bucket as a tip jar in the window, but cannot provide the basic service??!! Just close the damn store or find more competent people to work! If I was the owner of this joint based on all the terrible reviews, I would work limited hours by myself until I could find people to do so! But then greed is a bad thing because your corporate office wants you to open so many more of these in 5 years when you cannot clearly run and manage one single one!

5 out of 5 on the food. Jimmy subs never disappoint.

But what blows my mind is this particular locations “delivery” service.

I try to imagine if I was the manager – what would be my greatest priority. If the SLOGAN of my establishment is “Freaky Fast Delivery,” one would think that at least *that* quality is guaranteed above all else.

Not so with this location. I’m pretty convinced that they just roll a D20 every morning and only deliver if it’s a prime number. It’s apparently not important to them to always have a delivery driver on shift. This is not asking for much.

Take it from someone who ate at the Quizno’s on Clinton St every week before they closed down: the moment you stop caring about your slogan and core values, you’ve become comfortable with the idea of losing your business.

When that happens and you’re replaced with a Jersey Mike’s, I hope they learn from your shortcomings.

This location is the absolute worst. A couple weeks ago I ordered online and it took over an hour for my meal to delivered. Today, I leave work to pick up instead to not have that happen again only to have NO MEAT on my sandwich. The only reason for two stars is because they gave me a refund.

Would be better if the staff wasn’t complaining about the company. Food is good but overpriced and how do you serve a 16-inch sub without cutting it in half is beyond me.

Pulled up in drive through, sat for 5 min and nobody took my order so pulled up to window. After 20 min guy came to window I explained nobody was answering the drive through and he said we are really busy, best thing is to go back through the drive through. This establishment has so many issues not really sure how it stays open. Many times they are “out of bread” and it is always at least a 15 min wait!

Always call ahead of time to ask if they’re delivering. It’s 50/50 these days. A company that prides itself on “freaky fast delivery” except doesn’t actually deliver half the time. And it’s not due to my address. They legitimately have days where they’re so understaffed that they can’t deliver on their promise, or deliver at all.

Just moved to the area and this is my second time ordering delivery from this location. The 1st time was horrible, they messed up multiple sandwiches I ordered. They did return with what I thought was my corrected sandwich but when I opened it, was literally just a few slices of meat and cheese, no bread or anything else! This time (2nd) time ordering here, I open my sandwiches to find 2 thin slices of ham on half of the sandwich, the other half no meat anywhere! There definitely will not be a 3rd time ordering from this location! Very disappointing, avoid at all cost!
