I went in to order a birthday cake 4 days before pick up. They lost the ticket. I’ll give props for trying to correct the issue. I really don’t think the issue is fully resolved but I guess it’ll have to do because if I tried anywhere else at this time, I would get crap. I’ll change the rating once I get the final product.

Okay so I got there Dubai selection minus cookie and oh my wonderful. There chocolate cake Dubai version or not is perfection I hate cake by the way. I’ll be coming here for the wife’s birthday cake and the wife is finally happy I’ll eat a cake so there’s that. The cheese Danish it’s love the apple fritter can’t deny there awesome. There canolis are magic. So I’m sorry all I have pics is of the canolis that is Google reminded me I need to do a review as I got them out.

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter as she wanted this certain looking unicorn cake (with its eyes open). Lynsey did an absolutely amazing job!!!! They are responsive, kind, helpful & I think their price is unbeatable!
I would recommend them to anyone looking for that special custom cake. Lynsey made it exactly as the pic we sent that my daughter wanted it to look like. It was also delicious!

Whenever a special occasion comes up, we turn to Sweetheart Bakery. We always ask them to make our birthday cakes and we had them do our wedding cake/cupcakes. They are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We felt so much at ease designing our wedding items with them. The flavors were beyond amazing (we had pumpkin, red velvet, white, chocolate and yellow cupcakes and a butter pecan for one layer and wedding cake for the second layer.) All the guests raved about the freshness and the look. We loved how they looked, the price was fantastic and they were done when scheduled. This has been every experience ordering with them.
We also love to just pop in and look at all their items and buy. The staff will answer any questions. I cannot recommend this bakery enough!
