Some of the best bbq sauce I’ve ever tasted. I can’t wait to visit again and try their bbq brisket. I was on my lunch break bit I noticed they have a great selection of beer. Bake mac n cheese, awesome!!

Great food and very accommodating of a 3.5 year old. There’s a ‘back section’ that looks out large windows to the Metra tracks. The kiddo gobbled up the mac and cheese and my salad with breaded chicken was fantastic.

I was taking a walk & decided to find a restaurant for dinner that I could walk to. I checked my phone for places near me, and Ricky’s showed up.
What a wonderful find! I asked my waitress, Claudia, what was popular there and she said they were known for their ribs, so I got 1/2 slab and chose spinach for my side.
Wow! What a great meal! The ribs were so tender that the meat fell off the bones & they were so delicious! And the spinach was so flavorful! A true treat for my taste buds!
I topped off this amazing meal with a slice of their strawberry rhubarb pie. I was pleasantly surprised when it came with a nice size scoop of vanilla ice cream. Their delicious decaf coffee completed my dessert.
Claudia was extremely nice, friendly and helpful.
I found found a jewel of a restaurant! I will be back, and next time I will bring friends!

Average. Good sweet potato fries, but the ribs were just okay and the sauce was too sweet and sticky. Service was fine but could have been better. Lots of younger people seemed to be running the place. Maybe it was an off night. Will likely not return.

This place is always reliable. The service is nice and the food is incredible. I would suggest items such as the slab of ribs, and the sweet potato fries. Both work very well together as well. Also, the mac and cheese is always delicious. I would definitely give this place a try if you are in the area.

Nice little BBQ place in Wilmette. Friendly service. I tried their specialty, the ribs. They just weren’t my type of ribs. They were fall off the bone and I prefer a little tug with my rib. They were still good but next time I’d try something different.
