As I’m killing myself, and I’m looking at my eyes, I noticed that there’s a bug frozen inside of the machine if they have bugs and an ice machine I can only imagine what else they have informed the worker he kind of blew me off when I told him it was almost like he already knew they had bugs in their ice machine. We personally I don’t think I could eat here again I will be finding another subway that’s just disgusting. I wasn’t offered a free cookie not even necessarily looking for a refund. I work Customer Service and dude just didn’t care if you eat it at Subway just proceed with caution.

The atmosphere is the only thing that it has going for it. The service was so bad. I was trying to order my sandwich. And the guy kept asking me what and I was very confused as I was not even 2 feet in front of him. He he could not understand me, and it was a very big bother. Normally I don’t care for multicultural anything. But the fact that he couldn’t understand what I said and messed up my sandwich and then when I asked him to please fix it or remake this sandwich. He instead grabs a spoon and then proceeds to scrape the stuff off. And just add extra of whatever I had mind you when I got home. One bite I tasted everything on it. It was very cold, even though I had it toasted. We had to wait at least 6 minutes to check out. And even then, it took 3 people to get my gift card to scan and they did not abide by there. Buy one, get 1 free. They charged me full price. And my girlfriend got a steak and cheese, and they charged her for the big Philly, so we never got the discount. I have never been so mad and upset of service in my entire life. Up until today when I say one sandwich ruined my entire day for once. This is a fact!!!!

Unprofessional and terrible customer service! I ordered a small catering order a week in advance that was accepted and confirmed online. The pickup time was 8:00 am, which I received notification via text on the scheduled day of pickup that the order would be ready, and at that time my card was charged for full payment. Upon arriving at the store just after 8am, it was closed with no staff onsite. At 8:33am, a single staff person showed up and unapologetically noted that the order was not ready, and in fact was scheduled for 9:00am (which was a total lie). After much back and forth, and refusal from the store staff to provide a refund for the discrepancy, I did receive the order. However, instead of acknowledging the fact that they opened the store late and did not fully honor the order and date/time for pickup that I had arranged, the staff person was argumentative, unprofessional, and unapologetic. With many other sandwich vendors in the immediate area, take your business elsewhere. I will never go back to this location, because you don’t deserve my money if you don’t respect me as a customer.

I went there and was honestly pleasantly surprised to see the store was very clean organized and the employees both smiling! They were very polite and helpful. My turkey breast sub was really good too. Subway has made a huge change for the better in my opinion which will surely get me back in thier restaurant. I had a lot of bad experiences and in the past the subs really had more veggies and bread than meat. I’m for some fresh veggies on my subs but if I can only taste the veggies and nothing else it’s not even worth the cost. But that was definitely NOT the case at this Subway I highly recommend going there the parking is a little small but it is still possible to find close parking and not need to walk to far! Well worth it. ☺️

Bread was very stale and portions are soo little it was like eating a lettuce sandwich. Now it’s 5 cents to put your sub in a paper bag lol. Not the best location for customer service.

If I could put 0 stars I would , This location makes up its Own rules and tries to take advantage of customers and actually said they would rather loose customers instead of taking coupons . I went to this location last week with my 3 for $17 coupon that came in the mail and was told that it could not be used on steak subs I argued that why? Because clearly there is a picture of a steak sub on the coupon its self and left went down the road to the other subway in Pasadena and was told the same thing . Well this morning I decided to use my coupon and order online for 3 steak subs with egg. Well to my surprise the coupon worked went to the same location picked up my subs and questions the manager as to why I was told last week my coupon could not be accepted but yet if I order online it is accepted . The response was well your smart then to order online , most of our customers don’t know how to order online and we don’t accept there coupons . I said so you take advantage of your customers then bc they can’t or don’t know how to order online . She smiled and shook her head yes and said it’s up to the owner’s discretion we don’t want to take the coupons . I said you can’t make up your own rules like that . She then smiled again and said yes the owner can. We would only loose customers but our customers come back , So if you have a subway coupon you want to use , use it online and order all the steak subs you need with it.

Used my app to get the BOGO offer for footlong at 11:30 am for a 4:30 pickup. Got there at 4:30 just to find out they had just canceled my order because they claimed they don’t offer the coupon. They make up their own rules, making the Subway brand look terrible. I complained online just to have the owner reply stating they only offer the coupon on the app, which is what I had done, so he clearly didn’t read my complaint or doesn’t care. I will not be returning!

Haven’t been to a Subway in about 3years. My sandwich was good but the churro was cold hard and chewy. I know it’s only $2 but still definitely not worth it.

You need fresh brewed ice tea, unsweetened, like you used too. I’m diabetic and need artificial sweetener also. You are poo pooing on 40% of your customers by not supplying what we need. I very rarely get anything there anymore because of it.

The staff is very friendly. I enjoy talking to them (as much as anyone can talk through a mask). The quality of food meets or exceeds the quality expected at a Subway. Carryout only. No outside seating and they’re not allowing inside seating at this time.
