By far one of the cleanest and friendly KFC restaurants i have been to. It is usually hit and miss with their chain but the one in poplarbluff is always clean and everyone is friendly. Your food comes out fast and taste fresh. We stop in after camping in the Ozarks and has become a tradition for us due to the service, cleanliness, ease of parking and fresh food.

Pull up wait for about 10 min , I get home and chicked is stale and old …called back up spoke to manager told me to come back wait another 10+ plus minutes this time chicken was fresh but all dark meat , like the bottom of the barrel, legs and tiny thighs…will not be going back ..place sucks.

It’s been years since we last ordered from KFC, and it’ll likely be even longer before we return. Despite heavy promotion of their $7.00 fill-up boxes, ordering one at the counter was a hassle. The employee initially claimed some items were online-only, which I was fine with, and I started to place the order via the app. Miraculously, she then managed to process it at the counter.
My friend ordered the 8-piece bucket, advertised at $10.00 (regularly $20.99). The pieces were disappointingly small—barely larger than a Cornish hen—with five legs and three thighs. His large macaroni and cheese was bland, reminiscent of hospital food. My three chicken tenders were mostly breading, and the coleslaw, once sweet and distinctive, now tasted like generic Reser’s. The $1.19 biscuits were tiny, barely bigger than the canned ones used for monkey bread. The strawberry poppers were equally flavorless. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing meal.

Food was great until I noticed the cook with his pants down below his rear. They forgot our extra mashed potatoes and gravy. Stood up there while 2 employees walked up and never even acknowledged me. It’s absolutely nasty and disgusting to see someone cooking your food with their rear hanging out.

Stood in line for 10 minutes with three workers right in front of us with their backs to us never once turned around to take our order. Same with the people that were in line in front of us, they got mad and left. After waiting and no one waiting on us we left also. We drove 4 miles out of our way to get KFC and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Our last visit was not good at all. Half portions. Tiny strips. Undercooked chicken. Bought 3 things and spent $30. And the food was not good. Highly unsatisfied. Would not recommend. I would love a full refund. We will never dine there again.

Ordered a 16-piece original recipe bucket with two mashed potatoes and gravy green beans and coleslaw. Got home to unload everything and only got one thing of gravy and no green beans as well as know original recipe it is all extra crispy for people with no teeth

Customer service was horrible. The lady working the register seemed upset when I tried to explain that the mens bathroom was out of soap and hand sanitizer. When my order came out, it looked like someone had already started eating the chicken. I walked out.
