Whenever I am on shift and want a sandwich, I go to Jersey Mike’s. I love their fresh subs and ingredients. My only complaint would be that I have to pay 1.25 extra for gluten-free bread. Paying extra for an allergy I didn’t ask for kinda stinks. But, the food is very good and I love my no. 13 Italian.

I have a gluten allergy and the entire staff worked to ensure no cross contamination. They cleaned the slicer, sliced my sandwich on parchment away from the regular cutting board and used clean and different utensils to cut and make my sandwich. They even have udi cookies!

This is the best Jersey Mike’s in Chino and the surrounding area. The place is always clean, the employees are very nice, the employees function as a team to get through rushes. They communicate with each other so well to make sure everything functions properly. I wish communication was this good at my work. The food is amazing and this is my store. It is a little further from my house but worth it.

I recently placed an online order for two sandwiches. While eating, my partner found a hair in his sandwich, so we returned it. Unfortunately, as I continued eating mine, I found a hair as well. It’s extremely disappointing to find such a lack of attention to food safety. This kind of issue is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses it to ensure better quality control in the future. That just killed my appetite.

ordered through the phone in the evening time, nobody in the store when i got there, but it took way extra than it should’ve been because of the coworkers talking to each other instead of being fast with my sandwich as i’m standing waiting there for it to be made, the bread was wrong, and instead of refilling the mayo bottle, the girl was lazy and just opened the lid and poured it out through the bottle. now all i can taste is mayonnaise.

November 2021- I used to come here a couple times a week when I worked close. Was back in the area and went out of my way to return. My this place has changed! Staff while still somewhat nice is not helpful. They refused to customize my sandwich and didn’t even offer to allow me to change my order for an added fee. Also they charged us for large drinks and didn’t even have half of their fountain drinks usable. Had to settle for a small bottle of tea. Way too expensive for what I got. Don’t know if this place changed ownership or what but it will be a while till I’m back.
