Ate here a few nights ago with my family and was given a take-out dish when I was eating in the restaurant. This has happened several times to me even after I talked with management it still happened. I seriously would not recommend this place. Management does nothing to correct this. Some of the workers act like they are lazy. I guess I got to pay more to get an actual plate instead of a take-out dish. Doesn’t even deserve one star!

Dine-in service is horrible. As a dine-in customer had to eat out of a take-out dish on several occasions. Was never asked if I was dining in or getting takeout, or even it I wanted a plate or takeout container. Some of the food was ok, chicken was and always dry, sometimes the meatloaf was hard as a rock. Only thing good is always the cheesy potatoes.

We use to eat here once a week but stopped due to inconsistency of food. The management staff is great and always took care of us. Especially Sammie. But now they have really limited their menu to just hamburgers and a couple sandwiches. Really not much of a choice when there are many other places to choose from. Was told this is a corporate decision. And that alot of people have been walking out once they have seen the change in menu. Unfortunately we will not patron this place again until they broaden the menu. A nice steak would be nice to see.

Used to be the best place for breakfast, good prices and great food. Last two visits were a nightmare. Waitress was new, working alone for some reason. Had to repeat what I wanted 4 times. She kept pulling her mask down. Not busy, no food after 35 minutes. Left.

The tables, floors and walls were filthy. My family had to get someone to clean. There were no tables open because there was leftover dishes and stuff on all of the tables. YUCK!

I give it a 1 star only because they switched to order before you sit and it now feels like a cheap fast food restaurant. We really enjoyed the environment before , staff is great and food is amazing. But we sadly will not be back because of this service switch.

Market Grille is always an excellent choice. Some of the best food in Carroll if your willing to wait while they make it . It’s worth waiting for unless your in a hurry. People are usually excellent. It is clean.
