It felt like it was trying to do Cava, but wasn’t actually Cava. Did Brett Schulman approve of this location, or did this go under the radar.
The food was great and I had a good interaction with employeees but please, let’s keep the quality qualitastic and the consistency consistent.

I went to CAVA the other day and honestly it was really good—the food tasted super fresh, the portions were great, and the worker helping me was nice and gave good recommendations for my bowl. Definitely one of the better quick meals I’ve had lately.

We ordered 3 grain bowls. We were missing 2 of the 3 pita breads from our order. We ordered 6 different sauces and only received 2. We ordered a $3.38 blonde brownie (picture on website is a generous sized brownie )and received a chocolate brownie that was bite-size at best. The grain bowls were delicious, no complaints there, but the lack of attention to bagging the order was extremely disappointing.

We had dinner at Cava, and it was recommended by family and friends. This was our first visit, and we truly enjoyed the food. The employees were very friendly, and the overall experience was wonderful.

Great food and great service! Ashlynn was super friendly and helpful and made the experience even better. Manisha (sorry if i spell that wrong) also was amazing at making sure i got out fast when i was getting checked out. Will definitely be back.

The Cava in Newton is hands down one of the best locations I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared you can really tell they care about quality here. Every bowl is made exactly how I want it, and the portions are generous without being overwhelming.
The staff at the Newton location truly sets it apart. Everyone is friendly, patient, and upbeat, even during busy times. The restaurant is always clean and well-organized, and orders move quickly without feeling rushed. The hummus and harissa chicken are absolute standouts, and everything tastes consistently great every visit.
If you’re in the Newton area and craving something healthy but satisfying, this Cava is a must. Consistently excellent service and food five stars all the way!

I’ve come here three times this week after work because the food is amazing, only
problem is that nothing is in stock! blonde girl that was finishing off my bowl didn’t even look me in the eyes or give me a smile. i felt very unwanted and uncomfortable. why hire teenagers who don’t even treat others with respect? they didn’t have my sauce that i usually get, any cucumbers, and no cucumbers tomato mixer and when i questioned the worker she just rolled her eyes and threw the bowl into its place. i understand it’s not her fault but i was just asking when they’ll have it in stock. i went to go fill up my small cup with soda but it was out and squirted all over my shirt! a worker saw and didn’t say a word while changing the trash. embarrassing. my bowl taste absolutely awful, i can’t believe i paid 15 dollars for something i didn’t even come here for. i work in the food industry and it is given to have everything ordered and in stock, customer service should be number one priority. i shouldn’t be scared to ask for my bowl remade. don’t come here, unless you want a refund.

Can’t go wrong with a Harissa Avocado Bowl! Delicious food and staff is very welcoming! I wish I can give them a 10 star review. This location is amazing.
