Get the steak and cheese sandwich. Good roll . A ton of options; they had fun ones that we didn’t pick but I will try in the future like chili. We dined in but everyone else who came in ordered over the phone for pick up which seems to be the right way to do it. The things we ordered took quite a while – so you should definitely call it in first.
I did not personally like this style of pizza but it wasn’t bad. It’s probably really good if you like that type. I love a good Philly cheese steak though and I really enjoyed that one here. Their soup of the day was Venus De Milo which was great. Meatball sub was good as well. We will definitely be back for variations of the steak sandwich but we will remember to call it in first 🙂

Great pizza and great service! The company I work for was doing an event in the area with a local organization. I ordered 10 pizzas for a specific pick up time. On my way to the event I realized that I probably should have got a portion of my order for an earlier pick up time. I called and with very short notice they happily accommodated me. During the event, everyone was commenting on how delicious the pizza was. My boss asked me to get more. So I called and they happily accommodated another large order. Thank you to the great team at Sax’s for helping make our first event memorable and delicious!

So meh it was disappointing. Read reviews and wanted to go there for a couple of months. Ordered a large steak mushroom, chili n cheese grinder. Tasted more onions than mushrooms and DON’T order chili sauce, it was spotty and overwhelming when it was was there. Size of grinder no bigger than your average pizza shop, bread was good, toasted nice but to be honest pretty gross sandwich. Ppl nice, it’s ri, ppl pay for best of. Famous pizza in tivrrton crushes sax and much more responsibly priced.
Ppl/I assume manager or owner was very nice, thanked me for coming, just food wasn’t that good but not priced outrageous.

Hadn’t eaten since the day before. Had a Caesar salad and the chicken parm, which was good. Pasta made on order—not sitting or reheated. Could def taste the difference. Loved the homemade goodness of a simple marina sauce. Could’ve used more mozzarella cheese, but def hit the spot.

This was a treat! I ordered a pizza steak, explained what that was, and then they made me up a pretty tasty one. I’m from Philly, so it means a lot for me to say that, but it really was quite good, and so was the steak and cheese (as they call it here). We also got ziti and meatballs. Huge portions, good food, and affordable — we’ll definitely be back!

One of THE best steak n cheese mushroom sandwich I’ve ever had as they had recommended among other sandwiches. The price is competitive with other local sandwich chains as well as the portions. A lot of steak and cheese, with a lot of umami flavor in every bite. I got the 10” sandwich which is around 10 bucks. Only thing is it takes a while to get the good food. I WILL be coming back.

This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. This was very good. The steak and cheese had some nice flavor but I never really caught a hint of onions. I didn’t like that the bread was toasted. I prefer my cheese steaks to have very soft fresh bread. The French fries were ok. Kind of like a double fried deal. The people inside were extremely friendly and helpful. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.2.
