The photo says it all. Sign of our modern day dystopia, I guess, when a cubicle worker parts with some cash for a bit of breakfast and as it turns out, a smear of cream cheese isn’t what it used to be. This is the third time this has happened to me at this location: and I swear, never again. I ate my bagel with its hint of cream cheese ruefully. Dunkin; you have made a fool of me for the last time.
Sad thing is; it didn’t used to be like this. It happened when the old crew disappeared . I wonder why they were done away with? Too much of a free hand with the cream cheese?

The lady was about to close for the day, but kindly made a quick food order for us. Thank you so much, we’d not eaten all day and the price of food in the Kia Centre would have meant we wouldn’t have eaten until after the game, so very grateful and the bagels were really tasty

Went there to grab a bagel early morning, Lady welcomed but was in a rush, managing everything by herself.
Overall a fine experience, I was in and out after eating in 15 mins.

Affordable coffee, but you’ll wait a while. It took them 30 minutes today to get a frozen coffee. Thank goodness I wasn’t on a tight schedule! Won’t be frequently utilizing this one.

Racheal was absolutely Fantastic young mature got my order Right. What I really liked about her is how Amazing Respectful she was she welcomed everyone that walked through the door and had a conversation with everyone who came in and also Impressed on how even when store was empty she Continued to Work Awsome work young lady keep It up.

Went to the window asked for one donut and was cut off with “pull up then”. Then ordered two drinks. Both drinks weren’t correct but the people didn’t speak English well and it wasn’t worth the wait.

I went in with my toddler yesterday around noon and the guy that was there (I believe his name was Alvin) was all by himself. He managed to get everyone’s orders fast and was very kind and apologetic about the wait. Thank you for the great service!

My co-worker and I went to go get some breakfast and although we expected the store to be busy the service was horrible. First of all the cashier seem new because it was taking her forever to ring up our order. When she finally finished taking our order and starts repeating it back, she got half of the order wrong. I asked for a French roll and she’s giving me a croissant. I tell her that’s not what I asked for and she’s points at the wall and tells me that’s all they have. Ok ? So you just decided to give me a croissant and not tell me?. Alright, then we asked for 6 munchkins and we get 3. We let her know is 6 and she gives us 2 little bags we more than 6 by the way, I then asked for a box for the munchkins and she’s giving me a box that was seating by her register open and tells me the box is dirty. Lord ! When I tell you it was bad it was bad. And forget about the 15-20 minutes we had to wait for our bagels. There was only 1 person making the orders and one cashier at a peak time. Manager was walking back and forth but I didn’t see her stepped in to actually help. This store definitely needs improvement, I understand there’s bad days and things can go wrong but Dear Management letting people know you are doing your best and apologizing goes a long way.
