Visited on Labor Day around 11:40 AM and went inside to use the restroom and then order to-go.
The food was awesome and tasty but the customer service was lacking. We wanted the $5 boneless wings box upgraded to a large curly fry instead of crinkle cut fries. She said that wasn’t possible, it can only come with a small fry and didn’t offer a solution or another suggestion. We still ordered the box with small curly fries and it was good.
Hopefully they will learn how to use their computers to upgrade orders, etc, and work better to please costomers in the future.

I ordered two hot ham and cheese sandwiches. Both sandwiches were cold, bun tough, old. I showed it to the manager and said, woooooo, I can’t touch that. Very unprofessional. It was 2:15pm Sunday, no other customers. Music was too loud.

I ordered a medium brisket meal menu said $9.19 and I was charged $10.86. Also look at how my sandwich was made this is ridiculous. Some of the younger staff are rude and then they sloppily prepare your food.

I’ve had gyros at several of your locations, but the one in Rantoul, IL has been short of meat quanity. This time there so much oil coming out of the gyro it made the sack drip. Not a good food experience.

Last Friday I went through the drive thru and I had a bad customer service experience. I posted a review and the Arby’s manger responded to my issue and immediately fixed it and apologized for the inconvenience. I couldn’t ask for more from them and I am very happy they were able to respond, apologize and fix my issue in a timely manner. Every company will have issues with customer service from time to time but it’s how they respond and this Arby’s impressed me so I edited my review and updated the star rating from 1 to 5 stars because they earned it. Made a stop at the Arby’s in Rantoul Illinois and the customer service Elijah was courteous, respectful and assisted me with a smile. I made a special order for the slider and a Coke. Kudos to this restaurant. The restroom was clean as well.

The person who took my order and greeted me at the window was super friendly and had my food out to me in under a minute, the sandwich was a little messy but besides that everything was perfect!!
