They say they open at 8, put in a mobile order at 9 for 9:45. Show up at 9:45 and they say food will be ready for 40 minutes. Only 2 stars because lady was nice about it but ruined my whole morning, should at least have accurate hours online and in app

Hear me now, travelers of Route 9, for I bring word of a mythic meal crafted at the Subway of 1955 South Road in Poughkeepsie, NY—a place where ordinary lunches become epics sung by hungry heroes.
I strode into this humble establishment expecting a simple sandwich.
What I received… was destiny on Italian Herbs & Cheese.
The artisan behind the counter—steady-handed and wise in the ways of the blade—assembled for me the legendary Chicken & Bacon Ranch Footlong, forged without tomato, blessed upon the sacred Italian Herbs and Cheese loaf, and then sent forth into the fires of the toaster like a warrior being tempered for battle.
As it emerged, golden and sizzling, time itself seemed to pause. Angels did not sing—but they considered it.
The chicken was tender, the bacon was crisp and heroic, and the ranch cascaded like a divine waterfall down mountains of melted cheese. Each bite felt like marching triumphantly into Valhalla with a full stomach and zero regrets.
This was not food.
This was a story, a saga, a masterpiece crafted by sandwich smiths who clearly take pride in their craft.

I wanted to have lunch for the tree service team from BENNYS for my thank you to them for all of the work needed on my property. I placed my order very early in the morning and 2 full platters along with large order of the cookies where made and ready before noon pickup!!!!! Accepted my online order. Took money from my account. When I went to pick it up they said they cancelled it and didn’t accept promotion from app. Still charged me and took my money, just didn’t give me any food. Refused a refund. When I asked the lady was incredibly rude. Showed me her pockets and said “do you see money? I don’t have your money”. So, they wasted my time and stole 12$ from me.

They cancelled my order because they don’t accept coupons BOGOF. Poor customer service. The person who I presume was the manager acted like he didn’t want any customers and basically turned us away. The place was empty!! Will not be going back. When I check online all of the latest reviews are poor, it’s no wonder if that’s how paying customers are treated.

But the only Problem is that NONE of the SUBWAYS in Dutchess County NY take the SUBWAY Coupons. I think thats Totally Wrong on their part, cause whats the sense of getting their Coupons in the mail if you can’t use them.

Stopped going cause they didn’t accept coupons like all other subways IN dutchess. Figure I go back give them a second chance after a year. And I got raw chicken OR plastic in my sandwich. NASTY!!!! Ps. The entertainment coupon book THEY SIGNED UP FOR IS USELESS. They won’t even accept them.

I work in the area and go to this Subway at least once a month. Always was able to order 3 scoops of Tuna in a bowl when bowls are available. They charged me appropriately and I didn’t have to eat stuff I didn’t want or need. Today told that they cannot do that any longer. Definitely not going to give any more business to this pathetic store. Dirty floors and blocked exits, dirty bathrooms.
Looking forward to Jersey Mike’s. Good riddance to bad rubbish, Subway. You are definitely Sub-par.

As a member of Subway Rewards, I have frequented this location. About 2 weeks ago, I received enough points to put me over for a free sub.
Went in today for lunch, was told that the store is “no longer participating with the Subway Rewards program” and that I would be unable to redeem my points. They made me pay for my sub. At no point did I see any signage saying that this store was no longer participating in the rewards program.
I called corporate, they told me that according to their records that organization is in fact participating in the rewards program. Must be they’ll let you earn points but aren’t willing to let you use them.
Never going back.

Very clean and well kept. However the women, I think the owners wife, sparsely garnishes the sandwiches. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and only get treated like that when she serves me. The owner and other employees are not like that. I will go to other Subways because I like the product.
