The pizza was fantastic! The crust was light and chewy, toppings were fresh, dipping sauces on point. Loved the breadsticks too! Plus our order was delivered about 10 minutes sooner then expected which was a wonderful surprise

Would give a lower review if I could. My mother ordered food in the morning so that we could celebrate Halloween as a family. Was set for delivery at 5pm. I drove over there at 5:45 after we’d been on hold for 30 minutes. When I got there the staff was disorganized, confused, and unable to handle the situation at all. They told me that it would be another hour and a half before the pizza was ready. They had no solutions to offer, they gave no update in the app. I mean it’s just completely unacceptable. I have not been this disappointed in an establishment ever. I ordered higher quality pizza from another place and they have already confirmed the order and gave me a delivery time earlier than Papa Johns would have gotten to our pizzas. I’m also just surprised there was no kind of solution or offer to try and earn future business.

My drunk ass dropped a whole bunch of shit outside the store and they replaced everything! Manager for the place is a total badass, love him. He was very kind when picking up the oder and even nicer when I missed everything up.

Got my pizza carryout since it’s so wildly expensive now to get delivery. The guy working the counter was nice and even checked that my extra sauce was in the box. They hooked me up with that extra cheese, might be the cheesiest pizza I’ve ever received. 10/10

Someone is having a hard time tonight at the store….pizza showed up like someone used it like a punching bag, re ordered twice and declined…..I mean I get it gluten free pizza is trash, but man who ever let their rage out did it proper and I really hope my sacrifice of a pizza got them feeling better.
