The experience with my order was definitely different this time around. My order was labeled correctly but the pizza inside was not correct. Just glad I have the habit of checking my order (no matter the restaurant) before I leave. The Chester Papa John’s team had no problem in correcting the order. I waited inside allowing me to see just how the team interacts with one another and their customers. They were great. Giving compliments to the delivery team members as they returned, handling inbound calls, and assisting walk-in customers with cheerful personalities. I received my corrected order and was the best mom when I got home.

My kids love this place. We order just about every Friday for delivery. The food is always hot and tasty. Delivery drivers are always on time, and really friendly.

OMG, Delicious Pizza! Large Thin Crust, Extra Sauce, Pep, Sausage, Pineapples, and Mushrooms. I ordered online but realized I forgot to add “Well Done.” I started to heat the oven to cover the mistake but then said, let me call the store and see if we can add this. I called, and Ashley answered. I tell you, the most caring and respectful person you could hope for. She added, Well Done, confirmed it, and came back on the phone to let me know it was done and that we wanted you to get your pizza the way you like it. That goes a long way–and let me add when it was delivered, it was EXACTLY the way we liked it. This delivery experience absolutely sucked. We got a text over half an hour ago, saying our food was on the way. We live just a few minutes from the store. Called the store to see what was up, and they offered a meager, “it left the store, it’s on the way,” with nothing else. I’ll stick with the other pizza chains going forward. Definitely not worth the $30 paid.
