Yesterday they had a customer appreciation day with very inexpensive pizzas. Went in and couldn’t have been happier with their service. Everyone seemed happy to be there. Day before I went to a competitor up the road and had a bad experience. This was soooo much better. Really bringing customer service to the next level! Nice job!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Domino’s. My husband waited over 20 minutes to pick up our order. Unfortunately, he didn’t check the boxes at the store, and when he got home we realized the entire order was wrong.
I ordered 1 large extra cheese pizza and 1 pepperoni pizza, but instead we received jalapeño and Hawaiian pizzas, which my kids do not eat. This completely ruined my kids’ dinner, which was very upsetting. On top of that, the pizza was cold, which makes it seem like it had been sitting out for a while. We don’t live far at all, so there’s no reason it should have been cold.
I called the store at 8:28 PM to explain the issue. When they answered, there was no greeting, and I was immediately told, “We’re closed,” and the employee rushed me. This was confusing because the store hours state that this location closes at 12 AM.
I explained that the order was incorrect and cold. She did briefly offer store credit, but the interaction was very rude. She said there was nothing else she could do because they were “closed” and then hung up on me.
Mistakes happen, and I appreciate that credit was offered, but the poor customer service and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. This experience ruined our dinner and makes me think twice about ordering from this location again.

They take care in making each pizza and the photos I provide show that fact.
They don’t go light on the toppings ever. They’re always just right.
Came in towards the end of carryout hours and was helped with any issues.
This dominos gets a lot of bad reviews from insane people in the area.
Take my word for it. Been ordering from this dominos for over a decade. No complaints

I just received my Domino’s delivery and I’m extremely disappointed. My pizza is smashed and damaged. It’s past midnight after a long workday, and this is not what I expected. Very irritated with this experience. I’m a frequent too. Smh.

Completely rude staff and extremely poor service. It would appear the location is completely mismanaged or absent competent management staff capable of accounting for the need to staff drivers appropriately during a prime sporting event. The process was extremely slow and delayed. As a previously loyal customer, I am sincerely questioning my choice of business given the current economic environment. I would recommend looking somewhere else or a different location, this one’s performance is dreadful.

Why would you even serve this? It looks like they tried to cut my thin crust like a regular but missed horribly then just hacked at it a few times. I’m about five hundred yards from the store it took and hour to deliver (cold) and my garlic knots were swimming in so much oil you could squeeze it out of them like a wet sponge.

This domino’s is really bad I order pasta without chicken and I got it with chicken then I call domino’s where I ordered from one women talk to me when I told her the issue she put me on hold and then hang up on me after 5 minute’s I called back no one picked up my call again… and this is not the first time they deliver me wrong order’s now I have to sleep without food… i love domino’s but this branch really sucks… i suggest everyone not to order from this domino’s…..

We ordered and were charged for 6 large pizzas. They delivered 6 medium pizzas. When we called to report it, someone answered, offered to credit back the difference for the mistake, but then put us on hold before he got the card information. He never came back to the call and when we tried calling back no one ever answered. Poor service.
