We love the Popeyes chicken! It’s definitely our first choice when it comes to lunch/dinner. The staff are very quick I just would appreciate a kinder more friendly staff. Definitely need more women on the team to keep the atmosphere more welcoming. Besides that, the prices are fair and I love it here!

Ordered 8 pc chicken only at drive thru, order was just thrown in bag as pictured with napkins all over soaking up oil. Complained to corporate and they said would forward to franchisee. Ordered on 2 Feb and still no response from owner. Not great customer service at all even management.

Service was quick and friendly. Restaurant was clean. The chicken was fresh, perfectly cooked, and tasty. There was something off about the sides (specifically the cole slaw) and biscuits, though. They had kind of a floral or citrus flavor. It was a familiar flavor, but I couldn’t quite put my finger on it… I kept thinking it’s some kind of cleaner or perfume, but didn’t want to keep eating it to narrow it down.

Ordered a 3 piece tender meal spicy and was given regular. they were the saddest dinkiest little pieces of chicken they possibly could have given me and half of it was just the breading. Would post a picture but thats no longer an option as they disabled it.

I’d probably give it a 2.5 to be exact. Service was bad nor good. I used kiosk to order. Easy. I got chicken and bacon sandwich. Cheese and bacon were cold which I noticed on 1st bite. Red beans and rice had weird aftertaste. My son had chicken strips that seemed like they had been sitting under hot lamp for awhile. Not much parking at this location. Overall, mid at best.

Never been but been told to try it. Glad I did the chicken sandwich and the biscuits were amazing. My kids loved it. Other people in our group said they wished there was more options. I didn’t see a kids meal option but they do have family bundles that is comparable size to kfc.

I couldn’t wait for Popeyes to finally open in Duluth. I used to stop at Popeyes all over the south when I drove truck. The food was always delicious. The Duluth location has been a huge disappointment. I have now tried it four times and the chicken is always overcooked and rubbery. The wings are pretty much inedible. Do better.

I’ve ordered here multiple times and they always mess up the order somehow. They don’t ask you what kind of sauces you want they just throw them in there and try to push you out the line as quick as possible. They’ve also just not included items in my order I’ve paid for like drinks, deserts, sides, etc. The workers genuinely seem to not care about the customers in anyway. Not to mention this food is more expensive than any of the other fast food restaurants and some how they manage to serve it to you cold, with a lack of enthusiasm and always missing something from your order. Sauce, sides, drinks, deserts , honey packets. They always seem to mess it up somehow. Don’t waste your money here just go anywhere else. At least the Kwik Trip employees are happy to help me.

First time getting Popeyes. Ordered a 16 piece family meal and 12 piece. We ordered on the app and it said or order would be ready “Soon”. Drove up to the widow 10 mins after ordering and they said 5 mins and to park over to the side. Approx 15 mins later they brought our food out. So it didn’t take too long for such a large order. We got rice and beans, mashed potatoes and Cajun gravy, and Mac and cheese for the sides. The potatos and the Mac n cheese were a hit with the family. Even with the gravy being Cajun, the kids said it wasn’t spicy. The beans and rice on the other hand were not so well received. I myself enjoyed them, but I was the only one. The chicken was your typical fried chicken, everyone enjoyed this. I would get it again.

The place is very clean, and enjoyable to be in. However the food tickets are laid out in a line and not started until you approach the counter and often times get lost in the shuffle. Ive come in and only waited about 5 minutes for an online order but this time I waited 10 minutes to order because no one was at the counter and when a woman came in saying she had waited 25 minutes in the drive through and still didn’t have food I started to lose hope. They proceeded to bring her bag in and out of the back three times, each time missing items when I finally left. I think if their back of house process was more streamlined it would be a much more enjoyable place to eat.
