The employees that have been hired lately (2/2025) can’t seem to read online orders properly. The last 3 times I’ve been I’ve gotten home and my sandwich was wrong or something was missing. Tonight, once again, my sandwich is wrong and I had to ask for my chips as my order was handed to me without them. This is my last trip to this location until they either bring the other girls back or hire different people.

I ordered a 6″ sub today and I’ll tell you what. It’s the nastiest sub I have ever had.
I could kill someone with the bread. It is/was hard as a brick.
The food tasted horrible.
I couldn’t eat it. I took two bites out of it after fighting to get through the damn bread.

My husband went and got my sandwich. He literally read off a piece of paper what I wanted. And they put the wrong meat on the sandwich. When I opened it up, I couldn’t eat it. I called up there and they said it wasn’t their fault. We would have to buy another sandwich. They need to learn what meat is what. One worker was on her phone sitting on the counter. How is that professional?

I tried to call 4 times, but could not get through. So my daughter and I went in today. There was one worker there, so there was wait time. Another worker walked in, then left.
I ordered Philly Steak and Cheese on wheat. So I got home and sat down to eat. The bread was not fresh. I could have beat someone with it. So NOT impressed. I couldn’t even finish it, as it tasted nasty because of the old bread.
Thy claim their bread is fresh.
