The staff were all very pleasant and happy to serve me even though I came in only about 10 minutes before closing. They even fried fresh spicy chicken patties for me. The location is smaller and located inside the Exxon gas station so there is no ice cream machine nor blended coffee drinks but that is not a problem. The great customer service more than makes up for the location’s limitations. There is. However, space to sit down to eat and everything seemed very clean and well kept. Thank you for feeding a hungry traveler.

We are traveling cross country and stopped here not knowing they closed in 5 minutes. Despite that, the pair running the store (I unfortunately did not get their names) were extremely friendly and welcoming to us and offered to make us what we wanted, even though it would make them stay later. We opted for what was available and I must say, it was better than many meals I’ve gotten at peak BK hours, let alone right before closing! Our stay was short but the staff here is great!

We have only lived in Buchanan for about 5 years, but we are generally pleased with our little local Burger King. They do tend to be slow–so don’t go there if you’re in a hurry, particularly if it’s the noon hour. But in our experience, they take the time to get everything right, and I don’t think we’ve ever had a problem with our order–maybe once at the most. So as long as you’re not in a hurry, it’s usually worth the wait. The people who work there are generally friendly and do a good job even if they’re not the fastest.

Just keep driving….not much to see here. It is a Burger King attached to a gas station, and does not seem to be very well maintained. The kids working register and food prep were great, but you feel like you are in Deliverance. Seating area was dirty.

Service quality and food quality depends on who is working. Majority of employees seem to not care about their job or the service they provide. The ones that do care go above and beyond. If going around lunchtime be prepared to wait as it is one of only a handful of places to go for lunch in Buchanan.

This place is indubitably the worst, slowest, nastiest fast food place I have ever been to. You could probably go to an eat in restaurant and be in and out in the time it takes to get your food here. When I was here, it was manned by only two employees, both highly unmotivated, unhelpful and very slow at everything they were doing. This place badly needs a compete employee turnover. I stood there for a good ten minutes waiting to give my order while they ambled about filling other orders. After that it was a good fifteen to twenty minutes before my order was delivered. Avoid this place at any cost.

Burger King is the same pretty much anywhere you go, so it’s really the service that has the most impact and I was very pleased with my interaction. Younger gentleman, very nice, perfect amount of polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Food was okay per burgerking standards, but the service is sub par. These employees act like they don’t care to be at work and acted like we were an inconvenience when we came in. The guy working was also too busy flirting with the girl from the gas station to get our order right the first time.

Too far away from the exit. Misleading signs. Bathroom is disgusting and filled with flies, bathroom door doesn’t shut. Their food was hardly good enough to feed my pups, honestly just keep driving past this backwards town.
