We are serving two different menu concepts. Sunday to Wednesday: Serving Sushi Rolls, Izakaya Tapas, and Regular Sushi. Thursday to Saturday : Serving Toyosu Japan Fish Sushi & Sashimi, Sushi Rolls, and Izakaya Tapas. Omakase (Trust Chef) Courses are available on Thursday to Saturday. (Sunday available with Happy Accident) Happy Hour is also available on Everyday: 5pm – 6pm We open 7days a week now!!

Got the chef’s omakase here and sat at the bar – highly recommend! Even if you go a la carte, you can’t go wrong, everything is very good and the service is A+. Definitely the quickest omakase meal I’ve ever had (in a good way).
Hamachi is always my favorite and Asahi did not disappoint with their version. The waygu nigiri is out of this world good. There were a lot of things on the menu that I’m not familiar with, even as a pretty regular sushi eater, but I was pleasantly surprised with them all. I’m not into eel and uni, and while Asahi didn’t change my mind, their eel and uni are definitely the best (most tolerable for me) I’ve had.
The house sake pours are fun (you basically get two for one with the overflow pour) and is very very good.
I’m just visiting, but I would absolutely come back to Asahi if I’m in the area again!

Had a delicious meal to celebrate our anniversary – gyoza and tempura to start, and then sushi rolls for our main – with the cutest heart wasabi. The service was wonderful – we will definitely come back again!

Casual, authentic elegance. Delicious food, caring staff. We made a special request earlier in the day…. A sushi birthday cake! It was not on the menu, but the chef got right on it so that when we arrived at 6 o’clock with our daughter, turning 16, a most unique and beautiful birthday cake was ready. The look on her face was priceless, and the creation was delicious.

A very tiny place with giant and awesome food. We were drawn to this place because it looked like someone had taken care to make it simple and comfortable. The menu is not too long but it has enough variety to satisfy most. Had the Brussels sprouts and were rewarded with a delicious version of this delicious vegetable. Not a price friendly place but a lot better than some Japanese restaurants in Napa.

This sushi restaurant is the REAL DEAL! Chef is so talented and creative. If you love sushi and are in for a flavor adventure, let him know… then sit back and trust him. We loved one thing after the next so much, we forgot to take more pictures. Everything was truly amazing and one of the best sushi experiences ever. We were in town four days, and ate here twice. A beautiful Saturday afternoon in Healdsburg. Many great dining options. We walked around the downtown area; skipped a posh looking restaurant; and chose this warm and cozy one. What a nice find. Tempura vegetables were perfect – batter was light and complimented the veggies. Soft shell crab sushi rolls were on the special menu – wow. Their house brewed green iced tea was exactly right. Prices are fair. Service made for a great experience. A hidden jewel for anyone, especially sushi lovers.

Best sushi spot in town with a great happy hour menu. We usually sit at the bar and marvel at the art that the chefs here create. The servers and chefs offer great service and are extremely friendly, even offering suggestions if you’re not sure of what you want to order. The fish is unbelievably fresh and all the dishes we had were amazing. The Japanese Style Steamed Cheese Cake is the best cheese cake I’ve ever had. It’s soft and spongy which is the last thing you’d expect but trust me, it’s amazing. Put your faith in the chef and order the Omakase and chase it down with a local wine from Selin Cellars.
