The experience was amazing! The new staff completely changed the store’s atmosphere and provided excellent service. The environment was comfortable, and everyone had a smile on their face. Don’t come here. The worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. If you enjoy standing at the cash register for a long time, while employees look at you and don’t acknowledge your existence, then this MAY be the place for you.

Ordered 2 large pizzas. One was correct but the second one was completely wrong was supposed to have double ham, instead it had double pepperoni that my son doesn’t eat. Wasted 26 minutes on the phone trying to speak with the manager. Never happened. So if you order from there be sure to check it before you leave. Date is October 23, 2025.

Every time I come in the food is never hot and ready no matter what time I get here service is always slow and they never have employees I’m always upset coming to this location I have to wait 10 minutes for bread sticks that should already be hot and ready if I didn’t like little Caesars food so much id never come here

Staff had lobby doors locked, multiple cars were parked out front while the young men inside were too busy playing together to remember that they had jobs to do. Custom ordered two pizzas one deep dish and one stuffed crust. Half of the deep dish had sausage on it and none of the pizza even had any sauce.. We ordered our food and sat in front of the store for well over 20 minutes. There was only one staff member in the store that was actively attempting to be great while the others were horse playing. OVERALL AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

We’ve ordered periodically since they opened, it’s my Childrens favorite pizza. More often than not there’s something wrong, and usually we can over look it and deal. This last time however it could not be in any way. I ordered for my children two stuffed crust cheese pizzas (I ordered in the app and I always have). What I got was two over cooked crusts with no sauce and no cheese. To be sure this wasn’t an error on my part I double checked the receipt I was given as well as the app order receipt. What was interesting is the app showed the correct order being placed, but the paper receipt showed no sauce no cheese. The manager at the time was very adamant (and rude) that app issues were not within his scope of abilities nor was he going to concern himself with them. He stated that because that’s what they got on their end that’s what was made. Period. He refused a refund or any further action because “we got what we ordered”. I’ve now waited for a call back from his manager… for over a month…. After three call in to customer service… I will not ever order from here again after the horrible customer service we received. I’ve never had someone be so rude and short in that manner right out of the gate. As far as the 1-800 line, it seems that was an uphill battle on my part. I’ve gotten nowhere. So instead I’m just sharing my experience and staying away.
