Dang! Wow! With perfection!! The best ceviche I have ever had, better than Costa Rica it’s self. We had the large Ceviche with guacamole and the tilapia fujita tacos.
Absolutely incredible.
The ceviche was larger chunks of fish, very fresh without even a hint of fishy flavor. The guacamole was also just right, made fresh.
The tacos were perfectly grilled with veggies lightly chopped fresh vegetables.
We will be back and highly recommend this place to anyone passing through.

OMG!!! I felt this place was a “hidden gem”. 100%, 1 man show! I get it. I got the Taco Platter with pork & a small guacamole. It’s amazing at how simple ingredients can produce a delicious meal. I honestly felt guac maybe had 2 ingredients but still flavorful. Try him out, I hope you enjoy just as much as I did!

I was the most excited customer to ever visit. And it did not disappoint! We are adopting our two children from Costa Rica and Luis’ restaurant is the only Costa Rican restaurant in Colorado that I know of. I’ve never had ceviche and was nervous to try “raw” fish. But oh my word. It was so yummy. I was even more impressed by the watermelon juice. Freshest fruit I’ve tasted in CO. Wish his restaurant was in Denver so I could have a different drink from here every day. He also makes the guac fresh upon ordering. Wow, Luis, gracias! Can’t wait to bring our kids!

Best place to eat in Ridgway, hands down. Vegetarian and Vegan options available. Get the veggie burrito and pineapple margarita, you won’t be disappointed!! Boyfriend said it’s the best ceviche he’s ever had. Don’t sleep on this one! Perfect hole in the wall restaurant with the BEST food.

This Costa Rican restaurant is one of the best restaurants in town. It offers unique and gourmet food at a reasonable price. The environment is homey and comfortable with a variety of hot sauces, bright colors and TV’s. The menu offers cevice, the house special, and more filling options such as burritos or fajitas. The menu is somewhat small, but every choice is delicious and sure to impress.

Wow; I live in Ridgway but first time popping in here. Glad I did. Best Fresh Limeade I have ever had (coast to coast) and the Piccadillo potato tacos are awesome. Great smashed guacamole too. This limeade is addictive. 5 Stars.

Very good. Got a twisted burrito with fish that was a good size and had great flavor. Hardly anybody in there, because you know, covid. The owner (I’m assuming) was very nice. Would definitely eat there again!
