First time stopping here and won’t be my last. I’m glad to see a place like this around here. Legit great food (and not the norm). Good prices. Good service. Good hot sauce. I was glad I remembered to stop on my way through town today. I had the beef tongue and trip tacos and they were awesome. I very much recommend this to anyone who likes Mexican food or likes trying something a little different.

The food is very good I tried their asada, Al pastor, and carnitas, they were all flavorful, the tacos weren’t with the two corn tortilla tradition and didn’t have very much meat or filling in them. The burrito was delicious. Sadly they were out of tamales and birria tonight.

Stopped in for the first time. Had the shrimp tacos while the husband had the beef quesadilla. He is super picky but loved it. He’s not a cheese lover but really liked it. My tacos were wonderful. Dessert was really good. Will definitely come back.

We just ate here today! So Amazing! We lived in San Diego for 3 years & coming in here reminded me of being back at the taco shops there! Simple but delicious Food ! My family and I will definitely be back again! My favorite Mexican food place out of the Iron Range! Great service too!

The taco shop is conveniently located downtown Hibbing on 3rd Ave East. New restaurant so it’s very clean and cute on the inside. Parking is kind of difficult, not many options, there is parking on the street too. Excellent customer service. We ordered take out and the wait time was a bit long, understandably with it being a new place to eat. I had the al pastor tacos, an excellent choice, although there was a bit too much cilantro for my liking. My daughter had the chicken tacos with the spicy hot sauce and loved them. Another daughter of mine had the cheese quesadilla and she liked it. We weren’t offered any queso and didn’t get any chips and salsa with our to-go order. We will be back to try that for sure.

Amazing food, I’ve eaten here a few times and never really been disappointed. With that being said I typically give a place a few visits before leaving reviews. The last time I ate it I didn’t expect to get a dinner show. The two employees tickling and grabbing eachother while family’s were eating made for an interesting experience.
