If you’re headed to Beaver’s Bend, this spot is absolutely worth a stop! We’re foodies, and this was some of the best home-style cooking we’ve ever had. We tried the Oklahoma Burger – absolutely incredible and the Steak Fingers, OMG, which were homemade and super fresh. Don’t drive past this place without stopping!

I got the blazin burger that was honestly the best cafe spicy burger I’ve had yet, my husband got the lumberjacks mack burger and he said it was really good (definitely better then McDonald’s Big Mac and the warning labels are 100% true) it was just really huge. With being so big it was messy. The Service was ok, our server never checked in on us or asked to refill our waters. They was nice but very unattentive.

All their food is great! From Hamburgers to Chicken Fried Steaks. Fish and Shrimp dinners are fantastic. Pizzas are some of the best. They have great cooks, waitresses and always smiles with pleasant, friendly attitudes. Clean too

This is the best little diner in the area! Great food and fair prices. My only complaint is they aren’t open at all on the weekends. We would love to make it a regular stop for breakfast.

The food was very good. I ordered the steak finger basket, and got a large serving of big, juicy cuts of hand-breaded meat. It was sumptuous! Unfortunately the woman with long gray hair who served us was VERY unfriendly, and went out of her way to make sure we understood that she was not pleased we had come in. Most of the other customers appeared to be regulars and she treated them well, checking on them throughout their meals and making sure they were okay. For the better part of an hour we were ignored, except when she took our orders and delivered the food, and she scowled at us even in those brief interactions. My wife is asian and was wondering if prejudice had something to do with how we were treated. Then again, perhaps this woman is just jaded from bad experiences with tourists. Either way, it’s no fun to be treated so sourly when you just want a meal like everyone else. We won’t be back. If you decide to go here, remember it’s cash or check only. If you can handle that and Ms. Grumpypants, you might find the food to be worth it.
