Came down for their Oktoberfest event. I tried two (of five) beers they had available, Oktoberfest and the amber wheat. The Oktoberfest is pretty much what you would expect, but the amber wheat was smooth and subtle. Of the two, I’d recommend the amber wheat if you want something to enjoy slowly.

We had a fantastic experience at Koontz Lake Brewery. Despite the challenges of the times, they remained open and accommodated our carryout order. The fish we ordered was excellent, perfectly cooked and flavorful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Koontz Lake Brewery for their delicious food and outstanding service.

Got a flight of ales and lagers, they were all tasty. Hard to decide which one I liked the best. The pork fries looked good, the hot dog is huge…I would steer clear of the Italian beef, not bad, but the other food looked better.

Went here for the first time recently. Or server was very kind and candid with us and told us honestly how she felt about items we had questions about. I liked the Irish Red and Winter Lager that I had to drink. The place is small and feels smaller when it gets busy like it was when we were there. There was one TV for sports if you’re into that. The food was pretty good as well. We got multiple appetizers that were recommended by or server since it was our first time. The pertinent were decent and I felt like we got a good amount for what we paid. Prices on all items in the menu were fair as well. We will be going back again for sure!

Went for the Valentines dinner and split a dinner. Told the waiting staff/person that we wanted the Valentines special and we got one dinner with an extra plate. Thats so cute!❤

Nice place, really popular on the Friday evening we visited. Every seat was full. The appetizer selection was good and the beer was nice. The layout of the brewery is an open concept, there are no private booths. The atmosphere is laid back. It can get fairly loud with all the sound bouncing around. With that being said, you can still expect to have a conversation. Great place to go with some friends, probably but a first date.

Great small town Brewery. We’ve been going to this Brewery for a couple years and we love the atmosphere. The food is good pub food , the staff is very friendly. It amazes me how some people can claim their husband is an award winning judge of beer, but yet he wasn’t posting, his wife was. Lol That kind of people are not welcome there. If your looking for a great friendly small town place to relax and have a great beer, wine, or root beer with wonderful people this is the place ! We love trivia nights in the winter , it’s so much fun!

I like having a small local brewery around. I’ve had mixed experiences with both the good and the beer. But the porter is decent, and I love that there are several keto-friendly options. The salami/cheese appetizer was better and bigger than expected. I hope to see this place thrive and continue to improve.
