Didn’t even get a chance to get food me and my aunt drove all the way across town just to get a burrito bowl for them not to be open and it was well after 11 AM. I called multiple times. No answer. I even went to the door, the door was locked, and the two young women inside, just stared at Me and never opened the door very unprofessional very rude wasted gas to drive across town just to not get Food and be nonchalantly blown off by two employees that we’re not prepared or doing their job

8/6/23 edit: This place has gotten even better as I have been here more often than I care to admit. Taste is consistent, and shredded chicken is the bomb.
Food was okay, better than Qdoba(on a bad day) but not as good as Chilangos. They use packaged tortillas instead of making them fresh like Chilangos. Price seems steep, $13 for a carne asada burrito that was smaller than a Qdoba or Chilangos burrito. Verde salsa didn’t taste right.
Atmosphere seems cheap. Stools are too close together, tables are poorly shrink wrapped, only a couple bottles of hot sauce.

Top notch! Would get this over Chipotle and Qudoba any day. Great flavors in all toppings big portions. Crew working were very nice. Place is very clean.

Got here a after 11 o’clock because it says online that they open up at 11 AM they were not open door was locked employees inside just staring at me as if I’m not trying to get in to buy food. They weren’t even ready to open still wiping off tables And cleaning and the open sign Was not on The two young women that were working were very rude and very unprofessional and should not be working

Good food fast. It is served up lile a sub shop, go down the line and they build your food how you want it. The Baria beef burrito bowl was tasty. Will be back!

Staying in Jackson area for a couple weeks and needed a quick bite after the gym. Saw the sign exiting the highway and decided to give it a try over Arby’s or some other fast food that was close by on Michigan Ave. When given the opportunity I prefer to spend my money with a local establishment than something I can find at home, glad Los Tres was open.
Parking is ample in this strip mall. Restaurant was very clean(an employee was actually cleaning when I entered). Friday special is $2 tacos, and although I do like a deal, I decided to skip the shells and order a burrito bowl. They have a few choices for protein, I went with Birria which was an up-charge. The food was good, $12 out the door meat was flavorful, and very much similar to your national chain bowl. Guacamole and queso are add on charges as well. Over all I think the food was quite good and reasonably priced. I may come back next Friday and try the tacos and some of the assortment of salsas as I only went with a medium salsa on my bowl and it was good, although maybe not the flavor profile I was looking for, think it was more of a smoky chipotle style. I definitely will come back. Not sure about all the negative reviews but my experience was good. Young man making my bowl was kind, attentive, and made me aware of any possible up-charges with menu choices.
