Came in after the snowstorm and the store was clearly overwhelmed. Only two employees were working while a full lobby waited over an hour. Despite that, they were calm, professional, and working nonstop. Management needs to make sure locations are properly staffed during weather events. The employees did the best they could under tough conditions.

I am extremely disappointed with Pizza Hut in Ocean, NJ. A staff member verbally attacked a Black customer using the N-word, and multiple patrons have shared similar experiences of racism at this location. While I see that the employee was terminated, this kind of behavior reflects a deeper problem with the culture and accountability of the restaurant. Words alone aren’t enough, there needs to be tangible action to repair the harm done to the community. Until meaningful steps are taken, including cultural sensitivity training, community restitution, and a genuine commitment to making all customers feel safe and respected, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

Pizza Hut’s Two Dollar Tuesday deal and it was such a great value! The pizza was hot, cheesy, and fresh, and the portions were just right for the price. Service was quick and the staff was friendly, which made the experience even better. You really can’t beat a deal like this for a tasty and affordable meal. Definitely worth checking out on a Tuesday!

Ordered the big dinner box thinking it would be in the big dinner box with everything together, instead everything was spreaded out in separate boxes, wrong presentation, in food was terrible. Only thing that was good was the wings. Over priced for garbage. This was for my kid party.completly ruined

Yesterday the app wasn’t working so unfortunately I had to use the calling center. The calling center is def based out of another country and sounds like they work from home with all the noise in the background. So I order the big dinner box and she never stipulated anything like the upcharges for the wings and also didnt bother to ask how we wanted the pizza. When we picked the order up we got honey bbq wings when we ordered mild buffalo the pizza was thin when we prefer original pan and then the cheese sticks had no seasoning on top. On top of all that when we arrived to pick up the order and I said they didnt ask for my name so I gave my phone number and I guess that annoyed the cashier bc she was rude to my husband. I go here often but this time was truly a bad experience. I hope this reaches some type of management as its hard to make a complaint with this company.

Service so depends on who’s working. I know of 2 different crews working different hours and the service is night and day between the both of them. One crew is quick, proficient and actively engaged with the customers. The other crew, service is slow, takes forever for someone to address you when you walk into the store and stand at the counter, unfriendly and very standoffish. I’ll avoid placing an order if I know the second crew is working.

I’m allergic to garlic and called the store to make sure my special instructions were followed. No only did he say he wouldn’t use those garlic seasonings but he wouldn’t even use the same utensils to cut or make my food. I’m very grateful and happy with everything. My food got delivered to me when it was supposed to and it tastes great. It’s a relief not having to worry about the food.

The service at this location is unprofessional & very rude. The people that are at the cash register are very rude & nasty when talking to customers. I watched a door dahser get insulted when asking on the wait time for an order. Then when it was time for me to interact with this person I was given a hard time when I tried to apply my coupon that I received from T-mobile. This place is very hostile & the manager working on duty needs to have an intervention
