First sandwich ordered is a complete mess and just absolutely filled for no reason, i did not ask for extra anything. Second sandwich is a blt and I asked for extra bacon which is normally 2 extra slices but they threw on just a ton of scraps of the bacon. There’s no reason for a sandwich to be this packed and messy. Waste of money.

Well I ordered the Chicken Bacon & Ranch sub with double bacon but does it look like I got double? Nope so I spent $2.99 extra for regular bacon & they was also outta Ranch which they didn’t mention to us when we picked up our order. This place sucks & never going there again!!!! The one on Hawthorne is WAY better!!!

Ordered through app and the sandwich was not made how I ordered it. Wrong cheese and did not add the spinach and pickles as I requested. Very disappointed here eating a bland sandwich. 🙁

I ordered on the app while I was looking around Walmart, it said it should have been ready at 5:10. I got there around the time it said it should be ready and the person there didn’t even start on it and was slowly working on other ones and had other people in line. I ordered it through the app so that way it would be ready in time for me to be able to catch the bus which was only running every hour. The girl even tried to ignore me and tried to go on to the next customer even though I was waiting there for like 10 minutes. And it turns out she didn’t even make my sandwich yet. She said she can make it but that it would take a while because she wanted to get the line down first. And I told her I didn’t have time because my bus was going to be here in 10 minutes and otherwise I’d have to wait another hour to get home. It already said it was ready on the app and I asked her if there was any way she can cancel it, she said no I have to go through the app. Of course I just sent you through circles and you have to fill out some stupid survey thing and don’t even know if they’re going to call you back or resolve it or not. And the worst part is I tipped her and she went up I’m not even making my sandwich. Like maybe you guys should turn off the app or something like that if you guys are so busy or don’t have enough people to keep up with online and line orders.

Went to this location to pick up an order. I told them my name and Reina was the one who “helped” me. She was rude and told me to give her some time. Which isn’t a big deal except the manner in which she said it. She was full of attitude and acted like my mere answer to her question angers and inconvenienced her. The order was already said to be ready through the app so I’m not sure why she had so much attitude for me literally just giving her an answer to her question (my name) she shouldn’t be working with the customers if she can’t be professional. I will be contacting the general manager to make a complaint as well cause no one should have to deal with that type of service

Tried to order through the app using a gift card. Then it said my order could not be completed at this time. But did that stop them from taking the money?! NO, IT DIDN’T. They we more than happy to take my $25.00 gift card balance, and $9 plus dollars out of my account.
I went in to talk to with one of the employees and she said “I’ll deal with you in a minute”. Deal with me huh? Hmm interesting choice of words. I politely waited for her to build 4 sandwiches. Then finally I asked what could be done about this? She said go the website. I already did that, but the website wouldn’t even let me submit my inquiry, I explained. Then she said just come back in 2 or 3 days and it should be fine by then. So left dumbfounded, defeated, and $34 in the hole. Thanks Subway!

You would think making sandwiches would be simple but they found a way to mess it up at this subway. Has never taken less than 30 minutes because there’s always only one person working there seemingly, even during busy times. Always out of things because they don’t do prep work. There must be at least 20 other better places to go to that are nearby, I know I won’t be wasting another minute here.

Disgusting customer service and restaurant is always disgusting looking food on the floor never clean. Employees don’t wash hands. Had an absolutely miserable experience over an employee charging me 2.79 for a WATER CUP and argue with me over it these kids making minimum wage really think they doing something. Water is free’ I am not paying 2.79 for merchandise. Train your employees.

First time I’ve ever done a review. I was the only person in line today for lunch and for whatever reason the lady making the sandwich felt like she needed to make it as fast as she could throwing stuff on the bread, not evening out the vegetables or cheese, and using too little sauce on one and way too much on the other and then half wrapping it so it could fall apart in the bag. Not sure why it’s not important to make a sandwich so quick that it is a mess even when it’s not busy. I should have said something but was in a hurry. Sloowww down and take pride in your work. Maybe this feedback will help them improve.
