(EDITED 9/20) they are still at it. Long line so they can make there timer stop. Who is the District manager or any manager do they even look at reviews and comments.Here is 2 more photos and are 2 different days they still doing it. Im so done with this place, Cross the street does a local coffee shop that I have to get out of my car but it’s worth every penny

Victor was very friendly! This is my favorite location in the area!! Always quick efficient and clean!! The staff is ALWAYs on top of making your visit the best one! I absolutely love this store.

It’s raining extremely hard today and the person taking orders made me wait 2-3 minutes before taking my order. I explained this when she TOLD me to wait. My door was soaked. My arm is soaked. And when I pulled up there were 3 people just standing by the window. I asked for napkins and the woman watched me blot off all the rain water on my door from having my window open and when I asked the person to throw the napkin away she said “I won’t do that”. And told me to pull up to some garbage thing I would have had to get out of my car for. My door would not have been soaked if the person taking orders would have had even a tiny bit of consideration. I kind of feel like she made me wait longer bc she could. I wasn’t trying to hand them a tissue I had blown my nose in, my door was wet because the person taking orders made me wait knowing water was pouring in my vehicle. I asked for the manager who told them to throw it away. Did it really need to be a big deal? No but I’m paying $12 for nuked to death egg bites and a cold brew with barely any ice in it. They can throw out a wet napkin when it’s their fault. The worst. If Starbucks is not open I’ll go without bc I’m not making that mistake ever again.

I went through the drive through around 8 am and was handed completely inedible hashbrowns that were burnt to crumbs. When I went In and nicely asked to have them remade, I was given an attitude by all workers and told I’m wrong and they were fine. Still I waited patiently and was purposely ignored and they made me wait 15 minutes only to get handed hashbrowns with trash like straw wrappers in it. Never coming back because the workers always have an attitude and never know how to treat others with respect when I was very nice about it. Very disheartening when I grew up in Cheshire and everyone is usually nice.

This has got to be the worst dunkin donuts service around. Everyone is extremely young and nobody knows what they’re doing. I’ve seen staff arguing with eachother at the window. I’ve on more than one occasion placed my entire order only to get to the window and have to repeat myself 3 times something as simple as 2 donuts. Half of the staff is miserable. And now I’m sitting in the parkinglot waiting for a coffee and hashbrowns because nobody even started my order. Not coming here anymore. And definitely don’t come here If ur on a time crunch

Cashier with tunnel earrings is rude and doesn’t even seem to want to be there. Everyone there seems grumpy and annoyed that their serving people even though it’s their job? (Besides the blonde guy with a visor). Only good thing is that they are fast but barely fill your coffee up. They don’t even have mayo!!!
