My beef barbacoa burrito was delicious. I had it with white rice, cheese, sour cream, black beans, and tomato salsa. It was a little spicy but not too much for my sensitive palate. The flour tortilla was fresh and warmed perfectly.

Have been going here since around December, and we cant even place mobile orders anymore. I exclusively get veggie bowls and they always manage to mess my order up.
Extra lettuce? Single shred.
Extra anything? My bowl is literally half empty.
Boyfriend and I have had to resort to going in everytime which is fine, so that we can get full bowls, because its a Tuesday tradition of ours.
Went in today, and all was as normal going through the like until it was our turn.
Employee was extremely rude making our food, gave me less than a half scoop of guac on my veggie bowl and was irritated when i asked for a full scoop.
Boyfriend had the same experience when ordering the majority of his bowl, and the cashier was an absolute snob. Asked for chips? Of course theyre out, which of course is not their fault but the way they said it was incredibly obnoxious for somebody who had the simple task of literally standing at the register the whole time without helping his coworker with the line.
After so many complaints and bad experiences unfortunately we’ll simply be going to the other locations. It may be a few dollars that we spend per person but having to drive 30 minutes for a decent chipotle bowl is insane. The turnover rate is obviously incredibly high and i hope they start treating the employees better. $2 over minimum wage should be enough to at least pretend to be friendly

I have never written a bad review because I always give the benefit of doubt. I want all companies to have a chance to succeed. Before coming in I wondered how a chipotle can have such a low rating, I understood the moment I walked in. Every table and the floors are very dirty. I ordered a double chicken bowl, he put less chicken than I would get for a regular bowl. I asked for more and the guy looked at me funny and toppled a few more pieces on. He also put barely any guacamole for which we obviously pay extra for. My bowl was half the size of what a regular bowl at a different chipotle would be, keeping in mind I ordered double protein here. Would not recommend this chipotle at all. All the other reviews say the same, so I quickly confirmed that it’s not just my opinion. If management doesn’t address it when they see ratings are going down they shouldn’t be in management. I sure hope they will choose to make changes.

I placed this order around 6 for a 630 pickup. I arrived at 625 and my order wasn’t ready. I checked in at 638 and was told my order wasn’t ready because they are “busy.” And it would be approximately 10 minutes. I just went back up well over 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and they said it would be 10 more minutes. I told them to cancel the order and they said I had to “do it through the app.” No apology given. Nothing. I’ve never experienced this from chipotle.

Side note: the few times I’ve been this is arguably the dirtiest, least prepared, least professional Chipotle I’ve been to.

This place was a little messy, I got a steak bowl and besides the steak and sour cream, it had NO flavor.. no citrus, nothing. the rice and Pico where totally flavorless. I thought I had covid. But when I ate elsewhere I could smell and taste things.

This is how I always get their portions!!! Always get half portions and there’s nothing they can do about it that’s why I’m posting it here.
The first photo is from sept 4th 2025, the second photo is from august 14th. They been doing this I complained with corporation and said there’s nothing they can do! So I’m I’m done giving Chipotle MY MONEY!!

What is thisssssss??? First time trying Poulsbo Chipotle and I got a HUGE glob of fat. Not even cut up just a big booger of fat. How do you cut up meat and throw a slab of fat the size of my fist into my bowl. There were only 4 edible bites of my carnitas then there was this. I understand there being fat sometimes in my bowl. But an ENTIRE ball of fat with a sprinkle of edible meat? You cant get a refund on the app, which is ridiculous. Chipotle is a huge corporation and cant even do refunds? Never going to that chipotle again and frankly never to a Chipotle again. There are better food options out there.

I’ve been having issues with my burritos being sloppily thrown together and practically falling apart as I pick it up to eat it. There is no contact phone number for the store, and feedback in the app doesn’t do squat. So here’s a visual for you all to enjoy. Needless to say I needed a plate and ate this as a bowl instead.
