I normally go here for breakfast foods. I went on a Friday afternoon this trip and decided to try the fish I haven’t tried before. It’s a Friday special every week for them. We ordered grilled fish. It came with breading on it. The server took the fish back to correct it, and this is how our grilled fish came back. Mangled. Looking like the breading was scraped off and reserved, with traces of breading still in the fish. I confronted the server about it (which I’ve since apologized for my rudeness), and she swore that’s not what happened. I love their breakfast food and have never had any issues. It’s a cool little spot for Greenwood, Wi. One of the only restaurants in fact. But this experience…very disappointing. I will try to order grilled fish again because I’m sure it wouldve tasted delicious prepared the right way, I’m simply writing a review in hopes that this doesn’t happen again to me or anyone else. I have a gluten sensitivity, and reserving fish that you’ve scraped the gluten-filled breading from isn’t the wisest decision, not even to save wasted dollars. This would’ve been detrimental to people who have celiac disease.

I had some of the best fish & cole slaw that I’ve ever tasted. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was great, the prices were absolutely affordable, and the customers were friendly (Amish). Hopefully if & whenever I get a chance to get back through, I will be stopping !!!

Good food. Nice an hot. Chicken sandwich was tender. Skillet was nice an filling, nicely cooked eggs. Good sweet potato fry’s. Nice set up. Pleasant waitress as well.
The double cheeseburger was good, although second patty wasn’t cooked the fullest. Otherwise pretty good food. All cooked well.

The server was the best thing about the place she was completely honest and real they are also short staffed and needed help but she did great food was ok might just be what I got everyone else loved their food so might just be me but the server was again awesome

Easy Viewing

Got the five dollar cheese curds for me and my dog and she was very, very satisfied as was I.
Looks like a great place place to get a little something for the empty belly.

Open til 2pm on Monday. Burgers are delicious. Special was a triple cheese double cheeseburger. Our group was served and happy. Soft serve vanilla or pineapple cone hit the spot for me. Cute and clean cafe.

Excellent service, friendly knowledge staff staff. So much of their food & pies are made in house fresh, as well as their bread! I can’t believe this place isn’t packed everyday seeing how they don’t have a single diner around that can match up ! I’ll definitely bring my family next time. Ps. Best Rubens & pies in 100 square miles !
