This place is a hidden gem! We stopped there 2 days in a row on a trip to Pellston & were so impressed with the service, warm & cozy atmosphere, and the food. The pizza is absolutely incredible and the Pulled Pork Poutine rivals any I’ve had in Canada. Our server, Stephanie, was took wonderful care of us, she was so fun. We were the only tourists in the place, yet we were made to feel like regulars. Will definitely visit again next time we are in the area!

10/10 could not recommend this place enough. I am absolutely devastated that we live 5 hours from here and were passing through at the end of our trip for a last place to eat before we head home. I’ve driven by this place and finally stopped in. So glad I did. Yum! YUM!
The favorite was BBQ nacho with a choice of brisket, pulled pork, chicken or taco meat.
Hands down BRISKET- it was recommended and best choice. Delicious.
The Pulled Pork Poutine was top notch- nice smooth gravy and delicious pulled pork.
Service was friendly, fun atmosphere, and full bar. Food Wow!

Met with our friends here today. Sadly haven’t been here since it was Mr. Ed’s.! Had the Brisket burger and pork rinds. Wife had wings, friends had the Brisket special. ALL AWESOME! I have to change my mind for BUNTS. IT ROCKS. Going back soon. Takes the place of Rusty Saw which we loved.

My family and I had a great time at Beach’s Up North Tavern. We got a variety of the barbecue, the highlights were the nachos, brisket, pork and beans, and tater tots. The smoked ribs were also delicious. A great atmosphere with live music, and pictures of the regulars on the wall making it a home-like environment. We got in a couple rounds of pool which is always a blast. Service was great. Would definitely eat here again.

Great food, great service, great beer! Nice little bar! Pool table, jukebox machine and a few tvs. Great wings and the poutine is awesome! Perfect to stop and grab a couple beers and some wings or a burger on the way home from a long days work or hang out on a Saturday night!

Brisket was amazing. My wife appreciated that they let you put your own bbq sauce on it. Mac and cheese was really good as well. Service was friendly and fast. Great experience. Would have loved to try several additional dishes.

Don’t judge this place by the outside. We stopped here on the way back from the UP and I’m so glad. The food was delicious! And the service is amazing. Small place that is obviously loved by many! The walls are covered in pictures of regulars. Definitely stop here!

We keep getting their pizzas, and if we go a few weeks without tasting their smoked meats, we start pacing around like feral cats. It’s a smaller place but covered in beautiful wood and has a cozy, rustic vibe. The gentleman who cooked our pizza came out when I came in to pick it up. He really cares about the food he puts out!! This place is great!
