I’ve always wanted to come to a Starbird and today’s finally the chance to visit.
Food: I got their new Indian Hotbird chicken sandwich. I can give it a 9/10. The sauces balance each other out w/o having 1 dominating the rest in terms of flavors. Spiciness level is about 6/10 on a general scale. The raita in it (yogurt-based sauce) and the cucumber let the fried chicken taste without too overpowering. The bun is also pretty good. The only downside is that the chicken is not fresh-out-of-fryer temperature and not as ‘authentic’ or moist as a Popeye’s, but the overall dining experience far outweighs the competitors.
Elote corn side: highly recommend. Again very fresh & balances out the grease from the fried chicken.
Environment: Waayyy better than those regular fast food chains. Very bright & uplifting with ample lighting and light music.
️Parking: parking can bit a bit tricky. Basically you need to stick close to the apartment building and drive into the parking lot whenever possible to avoid going over.
Would definitely come again whenever I have a chance to try out their salad/fries and more!

Elote salad is a refreshing salad with chopped chicken tenders, marinaded corn and a container of salad dressing. Food was tasty and very filling. I added fries to the meal to breakup from just eating salad. The tables needed more attention on cleaning and the trash receptacle were at capacity and needed to be dumped. Most of the orders I see were takeout. No customer interaction, kiosk ordering but you can still order in-person.

Healthy fastfood done right. The chicken is great, the vegetables fresh and the portions generous. This is one of my favorite lunch restaurants. The ice tea is just perfect,(I can’t tell you how many yet this wrong… because it’s just about everybody).
The restaurant is no frills, but very clean. Staff has already been friendly. I’m ambivalent over the automated ordering, but they have their system down well enough that there’s never an ordering line beyond a few people.

Whether it’s chicken nuggets or chicken tenders, they’re all delicious. The fries are big enough. Drinks are free. I recommend everyone to come!!! Just a little bit expensive:(

I ordered 4 giant nuggets. I didn’t like the outside flavor. It was slightly bitter. Maybe re-fried with old oils? Only one of 4 nuggets was big. All of them were very hard and tasted like a cheap chicken. I barely finished the chicken because of the weird taste. Disappointed.

I’ve been here a couple times now and all I can think about is their Elote Chop Salad. It is SOOO GOOD. Perfect ratio of everything like their chicken, tortilla strips, corn, and veggies. The sauce that comes with it is chefs kiss. (I usually ask for the tortilla strips and chicken on the side so it doesn’t get soggy on my way home.) Idk if it’s a limited item but if they removed this, I would be so devastated. I also love their Truffle fries. They do not skimp on the truffle seasoning. It goes well with the truffle aioli too which you can select from choice of sauce.
I usually order in the app and it’s ready within minutes. There’s also a couple of kiosks in the front. There’s a lot of table and seating. There’s also a parking lot right behind the restaurant which makes it super easy for pick up orders, but sometimes it does get full during busier hours.

Don’t Judge me lol I just had carpal tunnel surgery two weeks ago! Anyway, after not finding the bagged salad that I thought the boys would like at Costco I decided to go for this. I ordered a little bit last minute at 2:45 and put in the notes that I would like to pick it up early at 4 o’clock if possible. Then I tried to call the restaurant and was unable to get through at that time. Restaurants are busy it happens so I tried to email the catering lead and to my surprise he emailed me back right away! I know my request was crazy and totally off base but I still figured it couldn’t hurt to ask to have it ready 45 minutes early. He assured me that he was going to reach out to the store manager and see what he could do. On my way there. It’s maybe 3 miles from my home, I was going to stop at the gas station… But I didn’t even make it there because I ran out of gas. What a day!! I still made it to the restaurant on time and my salad was ready at 4 o’clock. They really came through for this stressed out Post – Surgery ( Post Menopausal Crazy ) Momma!!

This was my husband and I’s first time trying Starbird! We just passed by this newly opened branch and decided to give it a shot. We tried the Big Star, Chicken Chop Salad, Fries, Nuggets, and their drinks. The sauces were uhique and tasted good with their chicken. The chicken was tasty and not too salty. Generous serving size (especially the salad!!!) and reasonably priced. The food also tasted fresh.
The place was small, clean, and bright. Service is fast. We ordered on their kiosk and picked up our order on another counter.
Limited seating options. They had outdoor seating, but it was too warm and exposed. Wish they had more shaded areas.
Parking is said to be available in the building, but we didn’t see it.

Good chicken here. It is not better than Dave’s though. I do love Starbird’s menu. They have salads, sandwiches, nuggets and wings. We had a big star sandwich $10, Nashville hotbird sandwich (not even hot) $11, 20 wings $25.47 and 20 piece nuggets $24.50. All of the food tasted fine. Their ranch and, truffle aioli sauces are the best. The other ones, like Greek yogurt ranch and Korean Seoul are meh. This is a counter ordering restaurant with a tip option. I’m not sure why I tipped because Starbird has a fast food vibe. I had to get up and refilled my own sodas $2.50.

I had been waiting for months for this outlet to open and visited them today.
It’s a solid choice if you like chicken-based meals. One of my go-to spots for a tasty salads, wings, crispy chicken sandwich etc. They do have good healthy options which seperates from other fast food chains especially drinks like fresh lemonade, iced tea & locally soft drinks.
The staffs were friendly and provides a good service.
