My boyfriend and I tried calling to place an order for pick up and they never answered. Once we finally got to the restaurant to place the order the phone was consistently ringing the whole time, with their only being two customers inside none of the three employees bothered to answer the phone. I can understand if they were super busy but they were not. Upon placing our order one of the employees was super hateful, continuously asking ” is that all ?” “Okay is that it for you” not giving my boyfriend a chance to finish the order. I’m very disappointed in the customer service. It’s very evident the employees do not take their job seriously.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwichs plain with Hot Original sauce. Waited approximately 20 minutes for food and was handed 2 sandwiches with pickles and no sauce whatsoever. The employee then argued with me over the definition of “plain” instead of initially offering to remake them. It was only when I explained that if I wanted them without sauce I would not have asked for a sauce did he finally offer to remake them with an attitude.

Store is filthy, our online order wasn’t even ready at the time of pick up and customer service is non existent. You always see the staff hangout outside in the back. How is this place still in business? I was excited to have them come out since we always enjoyed the one back home in CA but save your money and don’t waste it unless you want to be disappointed like the rest of us.

I’m having a hard time giving all of these chicken shacks a good review. How many ways can someone try to reinvent the chicken nugget? The flavor was a bit bland with a tender nugget. We ordered the mild. The fries are hand cut beautiful fries with a very confused seasoning salty and sweet Try them if you must they do not have a non breaded chicken sandwich Underwhelming at best

Oh, WOW. What good to say about this place is NO MUCH REALLY. Place extremely DIRTY as well employees clothes, employees smoking outside on the back door. Talking amount themselves JOKING, AROUND, NOT helping customers, I PICKED up orders for third party vendor. Waiting time is horrible. They could pack the food better. They need to provide the receipt in the ORDERS since we are required to take a PICTURES for the record of the customers. Tables had a basket with leftover food. Tables dirty, area where sodas machine is located disgusting. I pick up orders from here, but personally, I will not eat here or buy anything from this place for myself or my family.
This location needs to improve their services and cleanliness 100%.

This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had.
I ordered from them at 3:05pm through DoorDash. I’ve eaten there before, so of course I thought nothing of it. Got my food, sat down to eat, and after a few bites I realized my food was really chewy and tasted off, so I bit a wing in half to look at the inside, and it was really raw. I tried to cut open another one, and couldn’t even get my fork inside it was so raw. If I were to drop it on the table I bet you it would have bounced from being so rubbery and raw. So I called them at 3:49pm and spoke a male manager who apologized and said they would send a Dasher to me with new food. 5pm rolls around and I haven’t received anything, not even a call. So I call again, only to be put on hold for almost 30 minutes. So I hang up and try to call again, twice, and the line was busy. No big deal. So I call again and get an answer. I spoke to another guy who said that I would have to contact DoorDash and send a Dasher to them for me to get my replacement food. So I asked for a refund instead. I can’t believe I was served raw chicken at a chicken restaurant. Your job is to literally serve chicken, why can’t you do it right? I have contacted corporate and hope to hear back soon.

TERRIBLE customer service at the store! I have never experienced anything like it. We ordered food for delivery and were shorted two large cheese fries which are not cheap. I called the store and they were going to refund which was fine. Ten minutes later they still could not figure out how to refund my money. I then said nevermind, please prepare them and I will come pick them up.
When I arrived at the store they proceeded to tell me that they tried to refund one more time and error said I was not eligible. It has already been refunded (which it had not). After asking again just to make the fries they had the nerve to say we will not make them because we remember making them for your order. I responsed with you may have made them but you did not put them in the bag. He continued to say I’m sorry but we made your fries. I asked to speak to the manger and the manager said I will not be helping you I too remember making your fries. I tried again to say they may have been made but they were not in my bag. Why would I drive all the way to the store to get them if they had been delivered. They treated me as if I was the one in the wrong. Again TERRIBLE customer service! Will be following up with the store manager.

i wasn’t treated right at this wingstop I was told i “CRASHED OUT OVER RANCH” Aberham said and Aberham also told me “I cant take your order cause your disrespectful” which i was never disrespectful over ranch its 2025 if you cant take a joke when i said “damnn the ranch that much” (which 1.99 is to much for ranch thats filled to the top) but like its like i still didn’t pay for the ranch on several occasions. Then goes back today and he said the same thing. So i ask a guy i have seen several time i came to order have i ever been rude he says “No” I ask A couple other guys one looks at the manager and says yes. I say well can you roll the camera back “ they dont go back that far” well why not?? Then Aberham proceeded to tell the other workers that if im being respectful they can call the police and if im not mistaken it was the man with no teeth and glass who called the police on me . So all that to say It was not a good experience and i dnt know why i got kicked out and banned over a ranch joke or whatever.
