Let me first say that I would give this place a minus 5 if I could. We ordered through door dash. The burger came cold, the bun was hard. The fries were hard and cold. The sundaes were melted and my 6 year old granddaughter spit it out. The other sundae came with so much caramel and walnuts that it took up 1/2 of the sundae, just enough to give a person diabetes. We threw out over $50 worth of food. I will never buy from that place again. Absolutely gross.

They offer great deals in the app. Today i got a free order of Cheese Curds by ordering a refills regular fountain drink. I really like the food. The burgers take very fresh. I would highly recommend this location!

We orderer 2 kids meals, prime rib steak burger, and grilled cheese steak burger. The only critique is that the overall cleanliness was not on par. We did come around 2:30 on a Black Friday. The restaurant was full and staff may have been short. The staff we did speak with were top tier.

There was no line inside or outside. 1 car in the window paying. I ordered and I pulled up to the window. I waited 8min for the young man to give me my food and tell me how much I owed. Other employees walked by, no eye contact, No acknowledgement. Everyday we face restaurants closures all over the country. I understand how difficult the restaurant industry is. While the food is delicious and comforting. It’s the first impressions that either have people coming back or push them away for good. I will be back in town next month and would love to give it another shot.

Manager, rude, aggressive & has no problem solving skills (the one with the messed up teeth) i ordered a oreo peppermint shake, not a taste of oreos at all! A PURE CHOCOLATE SHAKE. She was cordial on the phone, i drove 30 mins back because she promised to remake it & she argued with me instead when i arrived. Told me she’s not remaking it nor giving me a refund. Since when is neither option possible for a unsatisfied customer who’s had this shake many times so I know it’s incorrect. I see why she’s like 48 still working fast food: rude, unpleasant and not a good look to represent any company. Corporate should reconsider her position.

I’m honestly disappointed. This place used to be one of my favorite spots, but after today, I won’t be returning. I placed an order through DoorDash and made sure it came from this specific location because I used to really enjoy it. Unfortunately, the food was very underwhelming this time—it didn’t taste fresh and completely lacked the unique flavor I loved.
My order included:
• All-Beef Hot Dog Combo
• California Style Double Combo
• 5 Piece Chicken Tender Combo
• Kid’s Steakburger Meal
These were full combo meals, and the total came out to $60 after tax (originally $46.05 before tax). Sadly, we couldn’t enjoy any of it.
I definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I gave this a five star a while back but the last two or three times have been awful. Tater tots are never fresh. The new tacos they have had no sauce at all on ! The burger we got was dry and it looked burnt

Five Guys vs one guy Freddy’s. Discovered this place after I got out of Staples and wanted a burger. My first time with Freddy’s and the way I would describe it would be somewhere between a Five Guys and McDonald’s for a fast food burger joint price point. Unfortunately “fast” was not how I would describe it but food quality was good, service was very friendly, and most importantly it was clean! How often do you hear the word “clean” describing a fast food joint? Most places make you want to vomit back up what you just ate, so kudos to these guys…err one guy. I’m not suggesting you can lick to toilet bowl but the bathroom was cleaner than most casual sit down restaurants. Tables are wiped clean as soon as a guest leaves, no mildew stinky smell or stickiness that most fast food places have. I ordered the #5 Meal (mushroom jalapeño burger) which was just under $11 total with tax, chose the skinny string fries as my side…left very satisfied.

I had a free combo card from a manager due them forgetting an entire combo on a previous visit. Today I decided to use it. I order a California. At the beginning of my order he ask is everything on it fine, I answered yes. I love everything on my burger!! I ordered this burger because it came with the traditional burger toppings,
and I wanted to try the thousand island dressing. They finish my order. I see him peak in the bag before handing it to me. I head home. This is what I get! Just onion with a thousand island dressing very disappointing. At this point if I call I don’t want to seem like that person but sheeesh.
