I had an amazing experience at Fire Wings, thanks to Eric and Cindy! From the moment I walked in, their customer service was absolutely outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and truly made me feel welcomed.
Eric and Cindy went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, checking in, answering questions, and making sure we were taken care of with such a positive attitude. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, and that kind of service makes a huge difference.

Horrible service horrible food. If you want cold fries cold food and a long wait this is your place. Nothing but a horrible experience at this location. A bunch of drunks that don’t let you enter the establishment. Kids running around trying to hit people as they are trying to get into the restaurant and leave. To top it off they claim they are issuing a refund and give you receipts but that never happens. Never again

I recently discovered this place for the first time, and I was craving some wings. They were absolutely delicious! I ordered the 20-pack meal with fries, and I tried the buffalo, Korean kick, and mango habanero flavors. All of them were really tasty. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the mood for some wings!

Absolutely stunning food. The wings were HUGE, crispy, and theres so many fun new flavors to try (the peanutbutter one was my favorite). The staff was so attentive, professional and welcoming. The service was unbelievably fast. I was definitely spoiled here. I dont think i’ll ever go anywhere else for wings.

First words we heard was, welcome back! I really liked that! We did have the same server as our first time and I had been wanting to go back. Great customer service, later I found out it was Brian (I may be mistaken), the manager that was assisting us again.
He was great the first time and this time too. It will definitely be our go to when we are at the movies! Food is always served hot and tasty! The flavors are so good too!! It’s filling!! Music is my genre and they have more than wings. It’s a nice place.

I bought the original sandwich as well as a 10pc basket of wings.
The sandwich was a good size (forgot to take a picture) but it was overcooked so it had no flavor. Had to add ketchup to it just so to finish it – I don’t typically add ketchup to my chicken sandwich so that’s very unusual for me.
Wings were good though. Good size for bone-in. I tried the Dragon and the Saigon Street.
I do plan to come back on a Monday to take advantage of the $0.85 deal and try more flavors.

Ok, so I like my wings hot. I tried their 2 flame (out of 3) and it didn’t taste like it should be a second to the top hot. But, the flavors are distinct and the selection is decently good. I wish they made their Jamaican Jerk spicy but it’s mild. The Thai Chili Fusion is must get.
I’m coming back, maybe not every week. The location is good, the area is clean, the staff is ok-good. Seems faster than wing stop.
Only prob, they had their big tub of sauce out in the dining area without a covering, while people were walking near it for their table. The guy was filling their small containers from it but in between taking orders. I think that should be done out of the way for someone to cough over it. Sure it was one time

Been coming to the downey fire wings 2+ years and recently the food has been very disappointing that I don’t even go anymore. Decided to take a chance and go again today, I usually order boneless wings because those are always consistent since the bone in have become a lot smaller in size since their opening. Well today they were the worst boneless wings I’ve ever had they were literally just breading? They were very small and greasy which they never usually are and there was minimal to no chicken inside I will attach a photo. I believe they got new management and I would just like them to bring back the old seasoned fries and the wings like before it feels like there is no care into the food anymore. I still like fire wings for their flavors but will be taking a longer trip to the long beach location since they are still consistent.

I wanted to give so this place a chance. I went at 11 when they opened. And it was a few minutes past 11 and the doors were still closed. The girl inside saw me and just stood there on her phone. When she finally let me in, she stood at the register and stared at me. No “hi how are you”, “hi can I help you”. Nothing. Just went back on her phone. I finally ordered, went to the restroom and it was disgusting. I was the fist customer of the day and everything was dirty. The floors had crumbs and trash, the tables were filthy and sticky with crumbs too.The soda area was dirty and sticky too. With half the sodas in the machine out of order. The chairs are disgusting with dirty hand prints. I knew I was going to regret ordering food. When I got them, the wings still had feathers on them. Big fried feathers. You guys can’t clean the wings? It just shows how much you care. The wings were dry and chewy. And were bland. No flavor. Not worth the price at all. The only decent thing were the fries, even then it seemed like the oil was dirty. Stay away. Not coming back. The pictures is what I saw. Like I said I was the first customer of the day.
