First time trying Marco’s since living here in Montgomery. Ordering was smooth in the app and found a good discount deal to take advantage of. Somehow, I accidentally ordered my pepperoni pizza without sauce lol… must’ve not clicked the option right when ordering, but despite my mistake it was still pretty tasty. The deluxe was delicious. They aren’t skimpy with the toppings. I came a few minutes before the order said it should be ready and it was already ready to go, nice and hot. The young lady working the counter was friendly as well. Will definitely try again (and make sure I get sauce next time haha).

Order pizza tonight and when it was delivered to me. The pizza was not done all the way and I ordered “thick crust” which is a little extra. Instead of “thick crust” I got “hand tossed” it’s definitely a taste difference. I called the store visibly upset and someone said they would send out another one. An hour goes by and I call back to get a refund and someone picks up the phone and hangs it up. O, did I mention the pizza wasn’t cut when I received it? Horrible experience.

My wife’s favorite chain pizza. I appreciate some of the more unique toppings like old world pepperoni and the meatballs. I do go out of the way and drive to pick it up for the family. Good deals to boot. The occasional slip up like giving you the wrong sauces but all forgivable when the food tastes great

Poor customer service. Food was supposed to be delivered at a certain time. After calling the store with it being more than15 minutes late, the person that answered the phone (said he was the manager) said the food was still there under the warmer and he had no idea when it would be delivered because he didn’t know where the driver.

Amazing hot honey pizza. I was scared because it looked greasy, but it was the hot honey dropped everywhere. I absolutely loved the taste of this pizza, the presentation and the freshness. I would recommend!

The pizza was hot and delicious—perfect amount of cheese and sauce ratio.

The wings were horrendous. I forgot to take a picture, but they were awful.

Overall solid, pizza made up for the lackluster wings.

I think I received a large pizza (8 slices) and cut into an extra slices to be 12 as an extra large which is what I ordered. Most were small as my spoon. I’d rather wait an extra 20 minutes for a new pizza.
