To start, this location is inside of an airport terminal.

We were seated fairly quickly. The server was quick to wait on us. Drinks came out and food was served within 15 minutes.

The food was like no other airport food I’ve ever had. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch on a brioche bun with a side salad. The salad was wonderful. It had different types of lettuce, onions, cucumbers, cheese, tomatoes and was bursting with flavor.

My husband ordered the ultimate grilled cheese. It was indeed cheesy. The onion rings were made with real onion and the breading was perfection.

I wish this restaurant was not in an airport as it would be a regular spot to visit. Prices are decent for an airport. It is a must try!

This is very pricey even for an airport place. My only gripe is wholly shinkflation. Qty of food makes it not worth the price. I am pretty sure the pulled pork was on a dinner roll. I at here as without looking at the menu cost. Service was awesome, food was good as the little amount of pulled pork was actually good. The fries were hot and crispy.

Asked for a seat by the window. Great view. My server ,Jamaal, was fabulous. Very fun and friendly. I had the quesadilla and a couple of beers on my layover. Everything was quick and yummy. A good choice if your in concourse A.

My wings were delicious and they had quality local Charlotte draft beers. Price is a bit high (even for airport food), but they have a good selection of burgers, wings, etc. Good place to stop for business trips.

Also, friendly and fast service.

We were impressed how fast our food was delivered and how good it was. I recommend the breakfast Sammie with bacon. Friendly staff.

On a 3 hr delay I spent time at the taproom as I didn’t want to be starving returning home to Boston! Jamaal was very efficient in talking my order, although he wasn’t bilingual and I had to repeat my burger order. IPA should have been a bit colder. Burger and fries were delicious!!!

Solid spot for classic bar food. The wings were a highlight—definitely worth ordering. It’s located right on the A concourse at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, so it can get pretty busy and high-energy, but it’s a great reliable pick if you’re in the area. They have an option of to go as well. Great place to watch a game! They have plenty of televisions tuned to different sports, so you won’t miss anything.

Jamaal was our server and was the best. There was three of us and he over heard us saying we only had 30 minutes and he goes, “we can do it”. He was right! Our mediterranean wings and 2 burgers all came out quick and hot. By far the best food we’ve had in an airport ANYWHERE

Food was great; highly recommend the Jack’s patty melt. Probably the best airport food I’ve ever had.

Price was pretty steep though. One person, and a liquor drink cost me $60+

First, important to level set expectations when dining at an airport. They were understaffed and food and drinks were expensive.
The place was clean and the server was attentive. I cannot find fault with the staff. They were working hard to take care of grumpy holiday travelers.
I had the Taproom breakfast. Everything was cooked properly. Paying over twenty bucks to eat on a paper plate with plastic utensils was less than thrilling. My wife’s meal, BTL on a bagel, was served on a metal tray so not sure why mine came on paper. Eating a fried egg on paper meant the yolk soaks into the paper making it soggy.
All in all, it was a good meal during our layover. If we find ourselves back in Charlotte Airport again, we will likely make another visit.
