I recently placed a pickup order at this Little Caesars location and opted for self-checkout option for a quick grab-and-go experience. However, the self-checkout option hasn’t been working for some time, which can be inconvenient. As I was trying to enter my code at the Pizza Portal, a staff member noticed my confusion and immediately approached me. He asked for my order name and assured me that my food was being prepared. I appreciated the prompt assistance, but fixing the self-checkout would definitely streamline the process for customers.
The parking lot is shared with other businesses, so it can get crowded during peak hours. However, I was able to find a spot without too much trouble. The location itself is easy to access from the main road.
If you’re planning to use the Pizza Portal for a quick pickup, be aware that it might not work, and you may need to check with the staff instead. The service was helpful, but fixing the self-checkout system would make the pickup process much smoother. Hopefully, they address this issue soon!

Literally every time I come here and ask for crazy bread with extra butter parm the bread is soaked in butter and they went into the next room and whispered Parmesan. It’s an extra charge to get the extra Parm and butter, and if I’m getting charged for it I WOULD LIKE THERE TO BE A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF PARM.

Love the staff here. They are so kind and attentive. I come in once every other month for PRO Martial Arts Canton and they recognize me and greet me with a smile. The food is hot and the kiddos are super happy with the pizzas. I specifically drive a bit further out of the way to go to this one over the one up the street because of the staff.

been going to this store for 15 years+, quality here comes in waves, great for a year then bad for a year. Currently nothing is hot and ready and they are constantly out of items for featured products. If you run a special to bring in new/more business, nothing worst than not having that item. I’ve been coming to this location for YEARS for one person. Nathaniel.
The best manager with the best service I’ve met in quite some time. I’m 73 now and I’ve seen many servers.
When I see the short young woman, she’s always angry with someone or the customer which isn’t right, this new curly head guy is okay I guess but he doesn’t offer the same service as Nathaniel but now on to the two real problems
The main manager I’ve asked about her name is Yana. She’s rude as can be, to employees and staff. I don’t see why she even works in customer service. She’s always yelling, always has an attitude and ALWAYS tries to just push me out of the store as fast as she can. It’s a slow location… what’s the rush?
The pizza is now just plain awful.
There was too much sauce and too little cheese. The pizza was burnt and improperly cut, and it didn’t taste very good either. What sort of pizza place serves pizza like this? I’ve contacted corporate with all of this information.
I will NOT be returning too this store. Sorry to hear Nathaniel quit.

This was the worst experience I have ever received. Nathaniel the manger, yelled at me when I called to explain I didn’t get what I ordered. I paid for double extra cheese on the bread, does this look like that? I also ordered, light light sauce, and extra cheese yet you see the sauce. And this is not extra cheese. They couldn’t even find my pizza that I ordered ( call a headed) oh yeah and it was cash only orders. How does a manager yell at you when you don’t get what you want? What you paid for? I come here once a week, and for birthday party’s, I will never be back. What a horrible response.

They’ve been hit and miss in the past but I hoped the latest reviews were wrong. Unfortunately they were not. Crazy bread had almost no butter nor cheese. Ended up throwing away much of it. Guess I will have to just drive down to South Canton to the one of Michigan Ave which is awesome.
