Interesting and worthwhile stop along the route if you’re passing nearby Glover. Family run & busy bee restaurant as the name states! Certainly an experience sitting at the counter in front of the kitchen watching the whole operation of the family balancing taking orders, cooking, washing up, checking out customers, and squeezing past each other in the tiny space!
Enjoyed the French toast & bacon, wouldn’t recommend the breakfast potatoes if you prefer them browned or crispy at all. Otherwise, lovely simple breakfast spot that gives quintessential north VT

Small cozy breakfast spot with good food and price. We had their blueberry, chocolate and plain pancakes, veggie wrap and french toast. All of them were freshly made and tasted good. It’s a small place so we can see the whole kitchen and how they make it. The place has two tables and few bar seats, keep that in mind if you are large group. I’ll recommend this place if you are looking for freshly-made affordable diner.

The Busy Bee Diner is tiny, with 2 small tables and 4 diner seats (though in the warmer months there also appears to be a bunch of picnic tables outside). Despite the size of the diner, the food was delicious, and of good quality. It is one of the few breakfast diner options in the area and I was pleasantly surprised by the tasty sausage and cheese omelette. The staff was very friendly and many of the patrons appeared to be regulars. Breakfast is served all day. We will definitely be enjoying this place again!

This restaurant is a gem! Highly recommend! Everyone, staff and locals, were super friendly! Food was amazing! Very small, quaint place with limited seating (12 seats total), but food and pricing were wonderful! Thank you so much!

Truly delicious food in a roadside diner with old school, family-owned vibes. The Breakfast sampler meal was perfection, especially the pancake with maple syrup and bacon (bacon was perfectly cooked). The sausage gravy with biscuits and over-easy eggs was exquisite. The home fries were a bit hard on the inside and seemed undercooked, but everything else was 10/10. The orange juice was sweet and coffee strong. The staff inside were so kind and relaxed, urging us to take our time. We would absolutely come back!
One note – indoor seating is 10-12 people max, so it’s quaint inside. Come early to get one of the two tables.

Cutest little diner! We got there and it wasn’t busy, but every seat filled up before we had left. It lives by it’s namesake! Great food, great company. Definitely check this place out if you are in the area.

This is my first time in Vermont and I went to busy bee on the recommendation of my boyfriend who is a happy and regular customer of the restaurant.
The breakfasts are so delicious that it was a sure stop during our trip and start the day with food made with love.
The place is cozy and well taken care of with a lot of dedication and love by a group of hard working women who always make you feel welcome and comfortable.
I will definitely visit again.

I consider myself somewhat of a breakfast food connoisseur. If it was appropriate I’d have it for every meal and I opt for it at every opportunity. That being said I think busy bee has not only the best food but the best service I’ve ever experienced. I ate here 7 or 8 times on this trip. The staff is hilarious and the food is fantastic. The Bee outdoes all competitors in the northeast in both service and taste. It’s also was the only place I went to that didn’t charge for maple syrup which is bizarre seeing how it’s Vermont but the greediness of other businesses is for another review. On a more personal note all my life I’ve wanted a 2 waffle option and this is the first restaurant I’ve been to that has that! I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re in New England and you’re in the mood for breakfast food Busy Bee is your best option.

The biscuits and gravy was delightful and nicely priced. Chocolate chip pancakes HUGE and delicious. The table near us got something (maybe a waffle) with strawberries on top and I wanted that too. Friendly staff and customers. Cozy vibe. Adorable bee on the menu. Cute outdoor seating across from the market.

Amazing breakfast and friendly service at what seemed to be a great local find. I’ll be dreaming about the blueberry pancakes for the foreseeable future! We will absolutely plan to return next time we’re in the area.
