Nothing better than freshly made food that you don’t have to cook or clean up to have after a long day at work! The little girl that made my sandwich was named Briann she was really sweet. She was very professional in the way she treated me and made my sandwich. I was very pleased with my food.

Paid for a chicken salad with everything but olives and banana peppers. Got home with a salad of nothing but spinach without any cheese. Employee said she took the order as no lettuce, which I clearly did not say because she repeated my order back to me. Unhelpful. Employee said there was nothing they could do about it. I won’t ever order another salad there. It was a total waste of money.

Ordered to go, fountain drink tasted like chemicals and because I walked out the door to my vehicle before I tried my drink I wasn’t allowed to swap it for another drink or get a refund, even tho I had literally only had the drink long enough to walk to my car. According to Kayleigh the manager.

The girl behind the counter was nice. She asked a guy to help check us out and he said yes and went out in to the lobby with his friends who were being loud screaming and singing.. they leave and the guy went back behind and said “I am sick of rude people I can’t deal with them” when asked to speak to a manger the girl at the front said they didn’t have one..

Usually has wonderful service but last week the employees were hateful and were making fun of autistic people. She was horrible and when I ask to speak to Manger she said she was one. Okay you’ve gotta be kidding me? You hire people who act like this and you place them in management? Will not be back as long as that girl is there! I think she was truly a shift lead because this subway has always had great management! But last Tuesday evening was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway!! How dare you make fun of autistic people?!!!! You have no class nor manners!! You have no place serving the public because you clearly can’t deal with the public!! She refused to give me the manager over store info or corporate information!

Over all great service. However this is my second time in 2 days coming here. Both sandwhiches were suppose to be double meat and cut in 4. Neither was cut in 4 and if this is double meat there is a problem. Please do better..

Everytime I go through the driveway I TRUST everything is going to be put on my sandwich. Why ask me what cheese and not put cheese? Why ask if I want it toasted and not toast the whole thing? I shouldn’t get different service just because I went through the drive through. It would’ve been correct if I went inside so why not keep the same energy? This is the 3rd time my order has been messed up. I’m sick of it and nothing being done about it. Please do better. I shouldn’t have to micromanage to get everything I want on there.

I have always liked your food but this is one time I am very dissatisfied with it. I got a tuna sandwich and got about a quarter of it ate and there was a black hair in it so I wasted not only my money but the food too. So I do recommend that the employees wear hair nets so this does not happen to anyone else.
