The coffee is good and the service is good. Staff is polite and friendly . The food is okay. Often it is not cooked all the way. I have to ask for it to be cooked longer because I have had my food frozen or cold in the middle half the time. Since management has changed in the last couple of years , the management staff is often rude and snippy. When I brought up the issue about the food more than once , the Manager seemed annoyed and bothered I mentioned it. I did go to this location because it is 2 mins from my home. They do a good job of keeping tables and the outside sitting area clean. My main issue is the food and management. I do know they train people at this location and that may be the reason behind the issues with the food. I no longer go to this location and go to the one closer to my work.

I recently discovered that I am obsessed with Ziggi’s shaken espresso and found out that it’s only seasonal…I’d love for them to consider keeping it indefinitely so it can be my new go-to! I’m used to going to starbs for the brown sugar shaken but Ziggis is far better and I’d rather give my money to a CO business! I would love for it to stay on the menu so I can go every week before work to get one!

Service is never great, 3/4 times going they get my order wrong even after repeating and confirming at their request. Coffee is always too sweet. I’ll come here purely for convenience but never by 1st choice. Can give them credit that they are still better than Starbucks I guess.

OK so Ziggi’s has gotten kind of crazy expensive as of late but I just went and I had a six dollar off coupon and I’ll tell you what that girl behind the counter absolutely made my day what an absolute sweetheart she deserves every good vibe to come her way if Ziggis keeps her there I will probably show up multiple times a week like I used to! Berthoud location is where it’s at, my goodness, how smart keeping her behind the counter interacting with customers. Well played Ziggi, well played.

Liked the establishment in North Carolina much better. They had a lot more food selection in N. C. Ziggi’s in Colorado is good if all you want is coffee. I also found prices higher in Colorado.

We’ve been to 2 Ziggys and ordered 3 different flavored drinks. Every one of them had no flavor. They tasted like coffee and cream. We’ve had to ask for extra flavor to be sure they taste right. If this is in an effort to save money, bad call.

Berthoud Ziggi’s used to be my go-to, I would even pass closer Ziggi’s on my way there. Since they fired Maggie and Jacob, service and quality have dropped dramatically. It’s sad that I have to say goodbye to Berthoud Ziggi’s. You guys made a big mistake.
