Love the newly opened Grizzly Bean Coffee and Kitchen here in Hermitage! Stopped in today for a quick lunch and the staff was all very professional and friendly. Well trained and mindful of customer’s likes and dislikes and wait times.
I tried the feta wrap and it was delish. Ingredients mixed well before wrapping for a perfect bite every time.
The cold brew with Madeline syrup was the perfect afternoon pick me up.

Food was just okay, fruit was fresh, coffee is 100% the winner here. They had many options and game day specials. The inside is cute with other little things to buy such as journals or car air fresheners too made by locals. Would comeback for drinks.

10/10 with Gluten free toast option for sandwiches! Cold brew and iced coffee was delicious. Bacon egg and cheese was the perfect size and super cheesy. Staff was super friendly and helpful being our first visit and atmosphere was cozy and aesthetic. This will replace our Sunday morning Dunkin runs!! Can order online and drive up to the takeout window too.

The coffee and menu are exactly what you would expect! What really makes this place special is Marissa, the manager. She genuinely cares about creating a welcoming atmosphere and remembers regulars by name. Even during the busiest times, she handles everything with grace and kindness. You can tell she really looks after her team and creates a positive atmosphere for everyone around her.

This coffee shop is better than Starbucks, the place is amazing. The prices are fair ($3.50 for a medium iced coffee as of writing this).
My pet peeves are there’s an up charge for sugar (20-80 cents it seems), and they can’t make Starbucks frappes here. It seems like amateur hour if you can’t even make coffee slushies, I don’t think it’s that complex, I think $200 in equipment could make that.
But the staff are super friendly, but I don’t 100% agree how they run the business. Oh well.

Absolutely delicious! I got a honey vanilla iced latte and the Grizzly Bee breakfast sandwich with ham. Both were SO GOOD. Service was quick and everything was fresh. So happy to finally have a place like this in Hermitage!

Stopped by with my husband and 2 year old daughter. We each got chai lattes and a hot cocoa for my daughter. Our lattes were hot and delicious, but the best part of our experience was they made our daughter’s cocoa a perfect drinking temperature so our daughter could start drinking right away without burning her mouth. Appreciated that attention to detail and making sure it was safe for her

So glad Hermitage finally has a local coffee shop! I love their unique monthly specials. I’ve tried the “Shake It Off” and “Sweet Caroline Breve” so far, and they were both delicious.

Great spot! Very fast service (faster than Starbucks/Dunkin, even when busy), good food and lots of breakfast/lunch-type options, good coffee. A bit pricey, but comparable to Starbucks and is good quality. Really cool atmosphere inside plus outdoor seating. Highly recommend; excited to return!
