I had a conversation scheduled with a friend for coffee, and had an amazing experience with one employee in particular!
She was not the first employee we encountered (though the rest of the staff was very prompt and sociable with their service), but as we were about to order water, Melissa (I hope I remembered her name correctly!) went above and beyond to describe Starbucks new policy for in-store customers! *Drop by their shop for details 😉 We were pleasantly surprised and elated by the service, which was then topped by her bringing our water AND the other beverages directly to us!! She even walked the store later with samples of some baked goods they were cycling out.
She had a very personable and energetic persona, and her service convinced me to return later, leave this review, and also remark how her service is exactly what I expect from an employee who is truly dedicated to their role as an ambassador between an establishment and their guests. Phenomenal service!!
My only complaint is I felt the music was a bit too loud… I struggled staying focused in my conversation 🙂

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge thank you to the amazing staff at this Starbucks! I accidentally left my purse behind, and they kept it safe until I was able to come back for it. Everyone was so kind, honest, and professional. I really appreciate their help and great customer service. Highly recommend this location!

Everybody is super nice here!
For a while they were short staffed and took forever but now everything is pretty quick and everybody is so friendly.
10/10 recommend this drink!

The takeout line was at least 20 minutes the last three times when I have gone through the drive-through. My order tends to be faster when I go inside. I also noticed my order wasn’t actually placed until I was at the door to pay. My drink tasted great but the waiting time is crazy.

They take forever to get a drink out with 3-4 workers behind the counter, it shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes for multiple people to get one order out. It’s ridiculous how I have waited less in a more populated area with less workers. Let alone how disrespectful the workers are to paying customers, if you can’t handle being nice don’t work in the food service. I know 14 year olds who are barely in high school that could do a better more respectful job. Please find new management and employees this is actually insane.

The employees are fantastic but I have gone to order several times only to find out they are out of absolutely everything, have no power, etc. It’s obvious corporate gives them absolutely no assistance or care because they’re in a small town. Third time this week I’ve had to go to another place because I’m unable to order from here.

I haven’t had a coffee in a few days and ordered DoorDash. My sticker had the image on the mouth opening and I ordered oat milk and received regular milk. I was unable to drink the latte and lost out on paying the tip (always will) but sucks when I didn’t get a drink out of it. This happened on the day I am posting it. Check which employees were working at 1:55 pm.
