This used to be my favorite Subway in the area but I stopped coming here for about a year because the service declined. Tonight we decided to stop in at about 8:30 (internet says they close at 10 and the sign on the door also does). We walked in and the 2 workers looked at us, didn’t say “hi” back to us, and looked like they hated their lives lol. They had actually already packed up the veggie side of the bar, but thankfully still made our sandwiches. It was awkward because it made us feel like we were a problem to them. There was no conversation, just quietly asked questions about how we wanted our sandwich. No “you’re welcomes” when we said thank you. No response when we said “have a good night.” It was just an awkward time all around The sandwich was delicious, but the service was really lacking. 0/10 will not be back lol

Came in and experienced the night crew was unprepared and the young man who is big light skinned African American male was unprofessional and also the other young man wore a jacket with and orange beanie was also and African American male. Came in and got 5 sandwiches and a cheese pizza do to them not having pepperoni or teriyaki chicken had to change my four sandwiches. Hopefully the next time me and my family could have a better experience with this subway.

The girl was so miserable I walked out! It was My first time here and will be the last. I told her I’ll go somewhere else. So I went to Bradley Park in Columbus and was greeted nicely, unlike here. I only stopped in because I was close to it on my way back to columbus. After looking at other reviews this is a bad place to come to.

The employees started closing the store down over an hour before they closed. Went in at 9pm and couldn’t get a hot sub or fountain drink because they had already turned off the oven and disassembled the drink machine. I could understand it if it were closer to 10pm. Employees are too concerned with getting off work and not concerned enough with customer service.

The afternoon shift worker, a short woman with a somewhat darker complexion, was quite arrogant when she told me not to touch the glass counter. There is no sign indicating such a rule, and the way she said it was far from polite. I consider this very poor customer service, as no one should speak to customers in that manner. I believe there should be more tolerance and respect toward people who simply come in to get their food. I hope at the very least she is reminded to be nicer to customers‼️‼️‼️

The night crew Hates their job and their life. Serving customers is an inconvenience and they treat us as such. They are so miserable they dont even speak!!!

The staff is extremely rude! Will never go back unless they get new management that cares about their customers. Just asked for sugar because the “sweet tea” was not sweet and they acted like we had asked them to solve all the world’s problems. This staff does not need to work in a service industry ever!

I went there to get food. At 7:56 today. There was a storm but they were still open because the door was unlocked. The service at this location used to be amazing. But lately it’s becoming the worst subway location in town. They recently in the past couple months got a new employee or I just have had to experience a lot more and she has been there longer. She is short with short hair and I wish I could figure out her name because multiple of my friends and my own family that live in the area has had to experience her. She is extremely rude and the experience was awful. This is also not the first experience with her. When I got there she asked me if I had a pick up order. Then I told her no. She threw up her hands and seemed pissed off I had came in to get food. Which last I checked was open and I am a customer. She complained about how she didn’t want to serve me because of the weather. Even asked me “do I see this weather out here”. This location needs to get it together before they lose service all together because I have complained to other subways in the area and the worker I am speaking of others apparently that work at other locations say she is rude to them as well and THEY ARE WORKERS. Management or a higher up above her needs to do something about her because it seems like she is rude to the workers and the customers.

I come in and sat at a table for a few mins to place my order the app after I place the order I waited and steped to the counter to ask if something ca be placed om the side as I did not see a option for it in the app but I put it in the notes the two guys at the store just made me feel as if I was a burden to be there the first to coem around the corner form the back rolled his eyes and jsit looked past me and and walked past me mimd u I stood at the counter for like 7 mins and yes they knew I was there at the counter as the same eye roller was standing there they did not even try to walk from he back till another lady come in and then they come out from the back and fully blow me off and went start to the other lady I guess i did not meet there want in a customer that they wanted to actually help or serve smh

When you’re the only two people in line at a subway you’d expect things to move somewhat fast, that didn’t happen today. The two employees moved slower than I’m used to at a Subway and the sandwiches were not properly cut as well as being a mess. This was our first time at this location, probably won’t be going back.
