My first time coming into this Dunkin, I did a Mobile order. And when I walked in the store, which was empty with only three patrons sitting inside. A few cars in the driveway, I could not believe the dirty looks and attitude I got from the ladies working at that store.On top of that my food was burnt when the girl came to give me my coffee roll she basically threw the bag on the counter.

This is by far the worst dunkin I’ve been to. The customer service, terrible. The food quality… terrible. The coffee…. terrible. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place as they put 0 effort into their craft. I also hope I never have to step food into this establishment again. Truly disappointing to learn that this is the type of quality dunkin finds acceptable.

Went there to get a refresher get lnside and an employee told another to help front counter yelling back he needs to waaaaiiiiiit!!! I reply I don’t mind waiting, meanwhile there is four people on front counter Bev . I tell the lady a I want a refresher but made with chamomile tea Because it’s decaf so I talk her through it ,yet argues back and forth about what the rim is which I had told
Her to put water to the bottom part of the rim steep the tea bag then add ice then refresher

Avoid this store like terminal cancer. It kills you, your time, and your mood. Afternoon Sunday crew was extremely rude. They literally had none of the food I mobile ordered and told me I had to wait and come back the next day to receive a refund. All while raising their voices at me acting like I was in the wrong. To the manager here – either train your employees how to do the proper functions or find employees who can perform the proper functions. Taking a customers money and not providing a product and/or service is not only wrong, it’s against the law.

Whenever I’m in the area, this is where I come. Only Dunks that get your order correct every time & staff are friendly, which is always nice. Not usually backed up for very long, unlike the Starbucks across the hwy,with lines wrapping around the Italian restaurant-for coffee? Come on!
Go to Dunks instead. You’ll have your coffee & food within minutes of ordering & it will cost you almost 1/2 of what Starbucks charges.
