Ordered through the app. The store closes at 9pm. The app said my order would be ready at 6:40pm. I get there around that time and they have it locked up with a hand written sign saying they closed at 6:30pm. I waited for a bit and an employee came out and I asked him if my order was in there since the app said it was ready for pickup. He just said “no. We closed at 6:30” and then went back in and locked up. Zero interest with helping me out I suppose.
I guess I’ll just go in tomorrow and see if they can help me?
Edit: went back the next day and got my sandwiches at least

Looks pretty shady from the outside, but out of all the subways I’ve been to this subway definitely had the best service and workers. Really chill and nice dudes and they make the sandwiches good, yeah super respectful too. Glad we stumbled upon this subway

Placed an order online for lunch at 7:30 pm didn’t make till I got there cause they didn’t have the right bread in stock, lady was like a pit crew for sandwiches, she was the bomb!!! read my order, had my fully loaded sandwich in no time flat…just in time for my lunch break, give that girl a tip, she deserves it!!!

Ordered our food at 7:30pm. The app said to pick it up at 7:50 I arrived at 7:49 and The Doors were locked someone was cleaning up the door says they close at 9pm. The person inside let someone in. they grabbed drinks from the fridge in the dinning area and they both walked out the door with food and three drinks in hand. Now we have no idea how to get our money back. So at this point I guess I will have to go back tomorrow to figure it out.

Usually, it is pretty good here. Clean store and friendly employees. The last order was not completed. Being that it was a pickup order I didn’t realize until I got back to work and opened it that it was not correct. It was missing half my toppings and not toasted. It was an elite chicken, bacon, ranch and I ordered double meat( which costs extra). It was missing the bacon completely and I doubt that was double chicken. Very disappointed that I didn’t get what I paid for and will probably not be back soon.

This is one of the cleanest Subways I’ve been to in Tulsa. The service was phenomenal considering there was only one person maintaining everything. The bread was fresh, I could taste the seasonings, and the veggie proportions was on point on the two sandwiches I purchased.

My wrap was made exactly how I like it. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. The establishment was clean and the containers were closed when I entered the store which is a huge concern for me.

WORST – *
This is the worst subway I have ever visited. Their customer service is not at all upto the mark. I went for the meal of the day (meatball marinara) on Wednesday and stayed in line for 10 mins. Finally they took the order and then said they don’t have meatball. When I asked if I can substitute, they acted irresponsibly and made me stay in line without responding. The person was acting like she doesn’t know anything and when I insisted, they told they need to call the owner and all this time I had to stay in the line with couple of people behind me. After some time, they came and said, I could either have ham or turkey or tuna which was unexpected.(When you advertise for something and when a customer comes and asks for it, yea I can understand if it is out of stock. But then if you don’t have it, you should show some dignity by letting the customer buy any sandwich from the menu for the same price). Anyways I got out right away and had a delicious chicken&waffle from Apple Barrel cafe which was the restaurant next to Subway. Never I would go back to the same Subway at 23rd St near Riverside

Probably the worst subway ever I have visited. The sandwich was not up to the mark. I said toast the bread for some long time and she barely counted 50 in less than 20 seconds and she have taken the sandwich out. The chicken was too cold. forget about the customer service they just don’t care it’s not the first time it’s the second time and I may not Visit this particular location anymore.
