Placed my order on line and when I got there it still wasn’t ready. I understand that it may take a little longer on some days but 30 minutes later and still didn’t get what I ordered!! The workers don’t use gloves or wash their hands before handling your food. This lady literally flipped my pizza with her nasty hands several times after it came out the oven. I sat there and watched her and then I saw that my order was ready and I asked her wad that my pizza she just touched with her bare nasty hands and she said yes. At this point, I’m livid. And then the delivery driver comes in from outside looking for an order,doesn’t wash his hands, and starts raising the top of pizza boxes touching thing looking for an order. Just disgusting…..

I placed my order and arrived exactly 20 minutes later expecting it to be ready. Instead, I was given the wrong pizza. When I brought it back inside, I was told that my actual pizza had “only been in the oven for 3 minutes,” meaning I still had to wait longer.
Now I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting on my food with a crying baby, when I should already be home. Mistakes happen, but the lack of organization and the added wait made this a really frustrating experience.
Edit: When I came back inside, I wasn’t greeted at all. I waited patiently while the girl working answered the phone and continued to ignore me. After waiting a little bit longer, I asked how much longer it would be. The guy answered, but the girl rolled her eyes at me. I waited over 30 minutes total, didn’t receive an apology, and no one seemed to care. Pizza Hut will never see another dollar of mine.

I ordered a pizza and paid for it online through the mobile website for the diboll store. When we got there to pick it up they said there had been no online order I have proof that it was ordered and I have the receipt showing that it was placed at their store. So I’m just out $23

This place lost the soul it used to have, all the managers that I knew before aren’t here any more and it shows. This place has gone down hill is so many ways. Why did you get rid of those people they made this place great. Seems like the ones who work here now don’t even care about the store or the pizza. Some guy was outside in tattoos just smoking all the time. While I waited to even get my order started. Even tho it was fresh out the oven it was undercooked andy bread sticks were hard. The quality of the food was horrible and the workers didn’t even seem like they wanted to be there.
No one even smiled. I didn’t feel welcome and my food wasn’t even well made. Just hard or undercooked. Horrible.
The manager lady that was there just doesn’t seem to even wanna deal with me. This place has really lost its touch. .
Don’t even get me started on the bathrooms. They stink horribly.

Waited in the drive through line for almost an hour. Manager wasn’t mean but just could care less and even stated the inside was busy, but there was never a point I saw it full; I mean, I got to sit and watch the store for 50, minutes and from what I saw, only two people came through the front. They hit their vapes in front of customers, but “Oh we’re so busy”. On top of all this, they forgot to make my breadsticks.
