This place was probably the best bbq/sub sandwich spot I’ve had in Vegas. The food was delicious and will definitely be going again. I got the brisket sandwich and also tried another sub. Both things were fantastic.

Back for more! The Wagyu beef melt and the clubhouse sub were both absolutely delicious
Tried the Hammy today and also the rueben. Both were delicious!
Tried the smoked tri tip sandwich and the Butcher Block sandwich today. As always both were very delicious and the service was A+
Had the crispy chicken sandwich and the classic smash burger today! Both were delicious and as always first class service!
Back for the Brisket Sandwich and the Wishbone Sandwich, both delicious as usual and first class service by Kyle!!
Back again for the clubhouse and a secret menu item the French dip. Both were delicious!
Had the pulled pork sandwich today, it was delicious but I recommend it on a hoagie roll instead of the bun. Also had the chip off the block burger and upgraded to a Wagyu patty. 10.99 for the burger but +$5 for a Wagyu patty. I’d pass on the upgrade next time. Not worth $17 and it was pretty small. The last few times we visited the fries were extremely salty.

This place is great. Really great, helpful staff. The sandwich I got was freakin delicious! Having a website and/or an app to order ahead would make my next experience 100 times better tho.
I needed two hand for the sandwich, which is the standard that sadly a lot of restaurants don’t uphold. But here they definitely do. Check em out.

I came in from seeing a instagram post about a burger here. I had the western burger I think to eat inside and ended up getting another while I was there lol. It was out of this world good! Perfect crisp on the edges and it was juicy and cheesy! I will definitely come back again on my cheat meal day! The Mac salad on the side was very good as well!

We wanted a good sandwich and found this place online close to the house. It’s half sandwich shop and the other side of the business is a butcher shop. I got the “Rueben” with the fries and my gf got the “Butcher Block” sandwich and we split the cauliflower bites. The service was good and after we order they went to work slicing the meat fresh to order. It took a minute, but it was worth the wait. We both brought home leftovers. I would definitely eat here again!

This was buy far and away the best burger i have ever eaten. The staff was so polite. It was a different atmosphere than i am used to, being connected to a meat market. Honestly that is the fact that drew me there. How could you get a bad burger from a meat market. And for the quality and size of the burger and side, it was very affordable. I will be back again and again. Thank you. I think my total was only $12 something. With tax. And you gotta tip when the burger is that good.

Ron the owner and his staff are amazing!!! You can taste the quality of these handcrafted burgers and sandwiches. They are made with love, and you taste it. I like to promote this small business because it’s a great product, at a good cost. Chip Off the Block is on a different level!
